The fore cabin is more spacious than most 30 footers, a wood burning stove in the saloon, separate heads closet with new sea toilet and wash basin, dual steering positions and a new 20hp Kubota Nanni N3 21 marine diesel engine and gearbox. 22ft Project Boat, Teal 22 - Idea;f Fishing or Cruiser

TEAL 22 CRUISER ideal to make into a fishing boat or to renovate back into a cruiser in your taste. It had sank, was lifted and part stripped to convert into a fishing boat, before previous owner 'disappeared' due to unpaid bills. I took it on to use as temporary storage, while I finish renovating my houseboat and to do it up as a tether, but then discovered that it was not possible for me to do that, so I have reluctantly decided to sell it. The hull is in excellent repair having been stripped and renovated in a workshop and the boat has been floating over winter with no leaks. It would make an ideal project to complete its conversion for fishing, or to reinstate it as a cruiser. Its OUTLET DRIVE LEG, possibly a SONIC (a modified Enfield which is interchangeable), is intact and appears reasonably sound, but it has not been closely examined. Its PERKINS ENGINE, now in a workshop, was also stripped, is mostly complete and looks like it should be a runner, although missing the starter motor and water pump. There is also a mounting plate fitted to accommodate an outboard motor too. The interior had been stripped. I did salvage the major parts, as visible in the photographs, to use as templates, etc, along with two steering wheels, the propellor and various bits. Arrangements can be made for viewing in YORK.
