Diesel 2yr old male german shepherd - ready for adoption

IF YOU CAN NOT REHOME PLEASE SHARE Our very handsome Diesel is now ready for adoption. He is around 2years old and is a typical reserved shepherd which needs just alittle short time to make sure you are not of any threat to him, then Diesel will spring into life with oodles of energy and cheekiness too. Diesel was brought into us recently as he was surrendered by his owner due to him not being able to afford his vet treatment, PTS was threatened and thankfully with Rescues working together, we were able to secure Diesels future by allowing him to come into us instead. Diesel is fully inoculated and microchipped, he adores a good run around, but would benefit from further training with his commands, and lead work too. He is alittle unsure when you are touching around his neck/collar, so we are working on this and he is being really great in accepting that he will not be hurt or dragged about by his collar again. This handsome boy will need a home which has some patience and understanding of the breed, as Diesel is the typical german shepherd where he will protect his home and his owner if he needs too, although we had no issues with this at all, this was his initial job to do with his previous owner but we think he was too soft for this kind of job. We would suggest a dog free home with Diesel in the beginning then slowly maybe after a few months introducing another dog into the home, as he does need to work through some training and not be side tracked by another dog etc. We have been instructed by the previous owner he did live with another dog but we feel for now it would benefit Diesel to be the only dog and keeping him socialised with other dogs so he does not lose the enjoyment of other canines. Cats we would suggest is a no -go I am afraid, He will chase them. As Diesel does bounce about alot, we would suggest children from 9-12yrs onwards or a child free home. If the children are large dog/german shepherd savvy this would be of benefit too. Hi everyone! My name is BooBoo and I have so much love to give to that special someone. I have a family now which I absolutely adore but they have had to make the hard decision to give me another chance with another family. It makes me sad but I know they are doing the right thing. Let me tell you all about me.... I am a very big Black German shepherd and am about 18 months old now. I have long hair that everyone just loves to ruffle. I pretend it embarrasses me but secretly I love it. I love to be with people and greet everyone with a big wag of my tail. When you sit down I just have to have a smell and touch your nose. I'm looking for a new best friend really. Someone I can follow around and just love. I will be a really good boy. I have to tell you something about me though. It can be pretty scary but my mummy at the moment has it under control. Sometimes everything goes a little dark and I can feel my body shake a little. I've hurt myself a couple of times. Mummy says that's the reason I need a new family. I love my sister but she gets very scared and tried to help me up but her teeth are sharp and it hurt me. I still love her though as I know she didn't mean it. Mummy says it's called epilepsy or something. I have some little sweets I take and theyve really helped me and I havent had a dark moment for a while. This makes us all happy. I love other big dogs but don't like the small ones. Pepe is a long Haired German Shepherd Dog for Adoption

Pepe is a gorgeous large GSD recently arrived with us rescued from Spain. Pepe is 2 years old, he is very gently and very friendly. He was abandoned as a puppy found on the street unable to walk. He had 2 big operations on his front legs and lots of care in a foster home in Spain till he was able to travel. He is now fit and healthy and walks and runs with no problem. He is an indoor dog, he will not be adopted as a guard dog, he has absolutely no aggression and just wants to be loved, he is a family pet. Pepe is fully vaccinated, chipped and neutered. He also has a full EU passport. Pepe would be ok with other dogs as he is very friendly but not a pack, or as an only dog. He is ok with big and small dogs. Friendly, active JRT x Manchester terrier for sale

It's been a very hard decision to make but for her sake it's the right one. 7 month old female Manchester terrier for adoption to loving home. We got her at 3 months old and she was advertised as a jack Russell, although now we're pretty sure she's a Manchester terrier. She came from a farm in the middle of nowhere, where there wasn't even dirt tracks as roads. She's without doubt the friendliest dog I've ever seen and extremely loyal. She's very gentle with our 6 year old daughter and adores other dogs. She tries to jump and lick everyone she sees and drops her ball at the feet of every dog on walks. she doesn't have a problem with being left all day while we're both out working (I've got pet cams and regularly keep an eye on her) and now she's older, is non-destructive. She's fully housetrained and will bark and tap on the patio doors to go out. The reason we can't keep her is her speed and activity levels. Despite walks (a couple of times a week), full run of the garden (when it's not raining) and trips to the beach at weekends, she still has an unbelievable amount of energy. Her speed in particular is quite a sight to see and I think she would be most suited to someone who enjoys dog agility or lives somewhere with vast amounts of spaces to roam or has the time to go on more walks than we do. She loves a cuddle on the couch at the moment sleeps at the bottom of the bed. She alerts us to any strange noises and really is just a lovely girl. Read More
