A Very RARE find from the 70s in great working condition - this is a Mazzega Lamp for Murano designed by Carlo Nason - I think it is designed for fitting to a wall or ceiling but I have it set on a table as a side lamp - no damage - light works fine but it is not fitted with an in line switch which makes me think originally is was for a ceiling/wall fitting - I have found other lamps by Carlo Nason using similar colours and white opaque and clear glass but I have not been able to find this lamp on line yet. It is 20cm tall and 11cm in width from handle to handle. Its base diameter is 4cm from centre to edge. It was made in Murano, Italy.
