Jet, is a lovely shy little cat. She is 4 years old and enjoys to sit on your knee and sleep. She is an indoor cat as loud noises make her very jumpy and if allowed out will climb into car engines as they are warm tight spaces (even though she can't get out on her own). She eats a balanced diet of tinned tuna and whiskers complete biscuits. She is a very chilled cat and is not interested in playing with toys. She enjoys being curled up on a comfy cushion/ cat bed and will come to you on her own terms when she wants attention. She requires a small quiet space where she can go if she is feeling jumpy. If she can hide under something this helps her to feel safe. She is a very easy to care for cat and I am only rehoming her due to personal reasons. More photos of jet will follow shortly. Read More

Hello everyone, This is Emily... And Emily has a sad story to tell. I am a member of staff at a care home in stroud and a few months ago we started to see this little black beauty. She spent a lot of time in our large garden and never seemed to leave it's. She was a very scared little girl and would often hiss at us and run away it anyone got close to her. It became quite clear to us that she didn't have a home and we thought she may have been feral so good in our nature as carers are we all bought her some food and began to make her life a little more comfortable as she wouldn't come inside the house and was sleeping out in the cold. Over the last few months she has become very very friendly and has grown a bond and began to trust us. She would even come and sit on our laps for a cuddle outside! However we took the time to take her to the vets and it turned out that she was chipped.. The vets rang her owners and they said that they had a dog now and so didn't want her after all.. She had been missing for two years and her real name was Primrose! This made us all very sad and I decided to take her on as I just couldn't bare to see her go to a rescue centre with all the other long term rescued black cats. We have called her Emily and she has had a vet check and her first vaccination along with a flea and worm treatment and is currently living with me but away from my other pets. Unfortunately my situation has changed in the last few days so I will not be able to keep Emily as I wished to. Therefore we are now in search for Emily's forever home. She is a lovely little 5 year old beauty and will settle in very well. She may just need a little bit of love and affection to gain her trust and then she won't ever let you go... A home is needed for beautiful black short haired female cat, who is 2 in March. I have given her a temporary home as her owner suffered a stroke and she didn't have anyone to look after her. She needs a forever home though as I cannot keep her. She has just had her annual vaccinations and is speyed and microchipped. She is used to being an indoor cat but am sure she would love to investigate a garden! She is not used to other cats or dogs. Sincere queries only please.

Beautiful Loving Cat For Loving Home

Our wonderful family cat unfortunately needs a new furever home. Due to a death in the family, my mother can't keep the cat and I have two other male cats who he does not get along with. Mau is 9 years old and neutered, and in perfect health, he is loving and gentle. He is spirited so would prefer a home with a garden and he needs to be played with as he is energetic. He loves cuddles and would make a wonderful companion cat. He has previously lived with dogs, but isn't great with other cats, so probably best to be by the only cat. I would love to give him to a family of cat people who will love and fuss over him. I would prefer him to not be too close to a main road and just someone who will love him. Beautiful black cat needs an understanding loving home

I'm so sad to have to rehome this really gentle loving cat. He really needs a loving home. He is very shy at first so we need whoever takes him to have patience for him to come out of hiding. He is very loving and loves cuddles and being stroked, once he is comfortable. He has been neutered and is litter trained.
