Lovely Victorian style cast iron fireplace solid wood surrou

Just removed from our living room, this is a lovely cast iron fireplace complete with grate damper etc - all ready to fit. Comes with a custom built solid wood surround. Measurements of the fire are given in the third photo. The surround is approx 47" high with uprights 46.5" maximum dimension and the top is a maximum of 49.5" wide. It is very heavy but does come apart, the main front part bolts to the back and the front bars, ash cover and grate come off making it easier. Any questions? Need more information? Please ask. I have a Victorian style marble mantlepiece with a beautiful cast iron fireplace. Bad news - the marble fireplace is broken in parts but can be mended. I think all the pieces are there but I keep finding new bits of it every day. Bad news - the Victorian fireplace has got some superficial rust on it so needs a good scrub and a tin of black plate and will be as good as before. The marble surround features a traditional design from the period, with attractive decorative corbels supporting a bevelled mantelpiece shelf. I have included a picture of what the mantlepiece and fireplace would have looked like originally and could look like again with a bit of tlc. This versatile cast iron fireplace insert, in premium black, is replica of an authentic period piece and features finely detailed casting, can be used for selected gas fires or traditional wood burning. Lovely antique Biclam No cast iron fireplace + another old fireplace

The Biclam is in very good condition. I think it could be missing some bars that go on the front? Otherwise it all seems to be there. The rusted iron grate in front of the Biclam in the pictures is from another fireplace. The other one needs some attention, but it's all there. You can collect in person, but this must be arranged quickly after sale has ended. Also, I can deliver within a 15 mile radius, but there is a small petrol charge if you do not live that close. I bought this last year from a family who had, had major renovations done to their home. Unfortunately it was too big for the space I had in mind so ended up purchasing another smaller fireplace. As you can see there is some discolouration and rusting as it was stored in her shed from where I originally purchased, this is easily rectified with a clean you can bring this back to its original form (loads of advice online) It's a beautiful fireplace with all pieces present and correct. An original Victorian cast iron fireplace removed from a house in Tunbridge Wells. It measures 51cm wide x 92cm tall. It is in full working order, excellent original condition. The fireplace brick at the back is broken as can be seen in the pictures. There are details on the damper, which look like a crest & the number 374 with makers details on the rear.
