HI I HAVE JUST BEEN TO THE BOAT TO GET MEASUREMENTS THEY ARE AS FOLLOWS THE DRAFT IS 3FT 3" THE WIDTH IS JUST SHY OF 10FT THE LENGTH IS 36FT HOPE THIS HELPS I have for sale 36ft ketch motor sailor. 2.5 ltr Bmc inboard new fibreglass decks and wheel house completly freshly painted just been antifouled can sleep up to 4 perfect liveaboard for 2 with a very large arf cabin king size bed lots of storage lots of windows and sky light nice and airey also has good size toilet /shower room good sized toilet go through double door up 2 steps to wheel house There is a big wheel house with captain seat also where engine is situated sound proofing enclosure with doubles up as a table go down two steps in front cabin through double door where there is a large seating area which can seat 4 max 6 as a pop up pillar table which folds down into double bed to left of seating area is a galley with nice little oven job and grill small stainless sin and tap forward of that is a sail room which is lot of space for sails and equipment forward of that is anchor locker boat has following items large long range fuel tank large fresh water storage tank water pump sink taps Sea toilet 4 berth inboard Diesel engine all engine controls present good quality steering gear fully enclosed wheel house with double sliding doors built in electric heater gas oven hob and grill boat is complete with all rigging and masts all good condition however NO sails easy to get around £100 boat is now had new fibreglass roof on wheel house decks stripped back and fibreglassed good engine all new paint work work exterior just anti fouled. high quality copper based cruising anti foul boat ready to go straight into water if you wish however this is a 90% finished project boat will require following new seat cushions front kingsize mattress for rear cabin also new curtains needs couple anodes couple bit electrics will need look at pretty much perfect boat estimated value £ im looking for quick sale £ including lots of parts such as heavy duty anchors chains equipment any info needed call anytime or txt Ad ID: Delivery Service Consumer Credit
