Victorian Secretaire Mahogany Bookcase

DESCRIPTION Here is a stunning antique Victorian secretaire bookcase. Beautiful flame mahogany finish. Bookcase to the top. Double doors open to reveal adjustable height shelving. Inside the desk there is a small door cupboard, pigeon holes and a selection of drawers. Below is a double cupboard with one shelf. DIMENSIONS Height 89" width 48" depth 21" Top lifts off the base for moving. CONDITION The condition of this is good-fair overall but there are a few things that do need to be mentioned. One button handle from one of the small drawers inside is missing. There is small piece of veneer missing from the top of the cornice. Door and drawer keys missing. This pretty desk is finished with a shaped oak gallery top and stands on impressive pierced shaped support legs finished with tiny Brass casters. Dimensions Overall height 89cm Overall width 55.5cm Overall depth 46cm Condition Overall the condition is very good for its age, with a good rich patina to the Oak. The lock is missing and the gallery needs some attention but it is whole and in place. Please see images closely.
