LARGE ANTIQUE HAND BLOWN GLASS INKWELL ROMAN HEAD TO LID

This is a wonderful and unusual hand blown Glass Inkwell of a large size with a Roman Head to the lid. We believe the lid is bronze due to the characteristics and slight wear due to age but not 100% sure. There’s some very fine lines in the glass around the edge but otherwise in good condition with no chips or restoration. It’s of good weight at just over 890g. There’s a pontil mark to the base showing the scar where the pontil, punty or punt was broken from a work of blown glass. The Inkwell is approximately 8cm tall and a diameter of 16cm across the base so is a super size. Large, curved, marble base floor lamp with frosted glass shade in delivery condition

Extra large floor lamp, only assembled once since delivery. Unfortunately it doesn't fit in our new flat as it is furnished. Solid marble base keeps it super stable but is very heavy so be aware for collection / carrying purposes. The picture shows it retracted as far back as it will go and it can extend much higher and further with the 3 sections making it very adjustable in a telescopic fashion.
