Stunning hh ISH gelding

I'm considering making the heart breaking decision to sell my lovely boy. I've had Dallas for 18 months and I love him dearly, but unfortunately I don't have the time or facilities to keep his education going. He is lovely to school and is keen to please, he is green but a fast learner with a lovely work ethic. He has all the basics and is quite flashy. To hack in company he is no problem and is great with traffic. To hack alone he is quite nervous and babyish, I think he plays on my nerves a little and takes the mick abit. Dallas needs someone who won't let him walk over them like he does a little with me. He's been in pro yards and behaved like a pussycat but he takes advantage of my nerves in some situations. He has real potential but I'm not sure it's with me that he'll unleash that potential and it's such a shame to see him wasted as a field ornament. He isn't in full ridden work, but this would take no time at all. I have hacked him alone recently after not being ridden for so long and he was fine but I almost convince myself he will misbehave so I just don't enjoy riding him anymore. He has never actually done anything for me to feel this way but he can be sharp and makes me uneasy and this is only when hacking alone. I'm in no massive hurry to sell and would much rather ensure he is in the forever home that I unfortunately couldn't give him. He is open to vetting as I had a 5 stage when I got him. 12 year old 17:2hh passported grey ISH gelding (Grandsire Cavalier Royale). Qualified for HOYS HW Show Hunter with a professional producer, shown by an amateur rider. Also done dressage, jumping & hunting. Has been turned away in the field for the past few weeks due to having a sore back &, therefore, not appropriate for him to be ridden until his back issue has been resolved. He has had one treatment from the physio & WILL require more treatment before being suitable to go back under saddle again. The video included in this advert is myself riding him on 19th March. Bought for a novice gentleman rider but will be better suited to a more competent/experienced rider used to large horses as he does ride big as he has a huge shoulder. hh ISH Gelding - Experienced Rider Project

hh 8yo ISH Gelding for sale to experienced rider only. Rocky was purchased for a novice rider however did not turn out to be a novice ride. He never bucks/rears/bolts and is an absolute sweetheart to handle on the ground. Has done dressage jumping and hunting in the past to my knowledge. He will hack anywhere in the heaviest of traffic, alone or in company and is in no way nappy or difficult. Rocky is a genuinely lovely natured boy, who it would appear has just been in the wrong hands until he came to me, in rather a bad condition. Although he has absolutely no malice he needs re-schooling as had obviously become confused about what a rider expected from him. We have started the re-schooling process and he has been in the Pessoa, and allowed to gain some weight in the field and generally have a nice time of it while he gets some condition on for the past few months. He is now back under saddle and can go nicely in walk trot and canter, he has an arm-chair canter and will make someone who will just put that bit of time into him for a few weeks, a fabulous horse. He is priced to sell bearing this in mind, open to offers near his asking price, but I will only sell to a knowledgable home, I have had a vet investigation into him to ensure he is tickety-boo and he has no physical problems. I am happy to discuss his journey openly and honestly with any one as I now want him to go to the right home and would love to keep in touch. Santiago is a ISH Gelding, bay, 16'3 for sale. 6 years old, born march . Lovely boy, not scared of children running around.My 7 year old son can lead him around and groom him. Kept turned out all summer and stabled over night in the winter. Good with the farrier, shod at the front. He is not a novice ride as he sometimes will test new riders to find out what he can get away with. He enjoys popping a jump. I can see him as a good eventer with the right person.No stable vices.
