14.2hh Black Sec D Ideal Hunting Pony or BS Pony in Swansea

14.2hh sec D mare 10yrs. Selling as daughter moving onto horses. Very low mileage jumping as only started last year and showing great potential over the jumps. Currently jumping 95-1m courses with plenty of scope to go higher. Not phased by anything big brave bold jump. Been cross country schooled and flew over everything and loves the water. Qualified for NSEA , competed at Cricklands, Royal Welsh and jumped BS courses on a ticket. Has taken part in pony club rallies. Great with farrier, dentist, vet, clip, loading on trailer and lorry, hacks out alone or in company. Was hunted last year and used as gate pony stands to open and close gates and not phased by others galloping off without her. Up to date with teeth, vaccinations and back check. Not a novice ride as very keen and fast.

NANCY- year old lightweight cob. Lovely character. Absolutely loves hunting, hunted with the Devon and Somerset Staghounds. Good as gold, stands perfectly at the meet and good with other horses. Good to do everything with, clip, shoe, box, bath etc. Can be slightly mare'ish but once set straight absolutely fine! Jumped coloured fences, logs, ditches etc. Nice natural outline! 14h rising 5 year old Fully papered connemara (green book) Shadow was broken in April and has been brought on by myself. He has done absolutely everything from Mounted games, Xcountry schooling, showjumping and Hunting. He is a lovely quiet ride and is also competitive. 13.3hh hunting/family pony

He has a lovely temperament, easily handled by children Good to catch, groom, tack up, pick feet out, load and travel, He’s attended his first hunt with the Yorkshire farmer’s bloodhounds and wasn’t fazed by anything even though he did not know his rider as she had only sat on him once before.!! He only hunted in a snaffle, and he never got strong or silly on the hunt field and wasn’t fidgety when asking him to stay behind the hunt or stand. Stands at the mounting block to be mounted and happy to walk, trot and canter in the arena although his canter needs more work but all the basics are done. He is currently being ridden and handled by an 8 year old novice. We have taken him out and jumped him round a full set off show jumps with a competent rider and he was very happy and settled and was fine in the school jumping with others. Hacking out sensibly on his own and in company and not fazed by traffic and open fields. Currently living out but happy to be stabled, he doesn’t stress when his field companion leaves him We want a 5 star long term home for this genuine fella., he is quiet and sensible and would be fantastic for all members of the family as a fun all-rounder and undoubtedly make a cracking hunting pony. Teenagers fun competition/hunting pony

Receiving lots of fantastic feedback on this pony from people who have seen her ridden! Complimented on her every single time we're out! Snaffle mouthed at all times. Works lovely on the flat in all 3 paces. Doesn't buck/rear/nap or get excitable. Has a fantastic neat and scopey jump!! Loves going out Showjumping! Would easily BS! Has jumped ditches/banks/water out cross country. She is great in open spaces She does hack out alone and in company however needs a competent rider as she gets anxious about vehicles which don't slow down enough and needs a capable rider to keep her moving forwards. Off-road hacking she has no issues. I've taken her hunting and on fun rides and she loves it! Rides at the front or at the back, rides over any obstacles/surface and isn't fussed about the hounds of noises. Excellent conformation, straight mover, no lumps or bumps or vices. Easy to do She really wants to please her rider and picks things up quickly. She loves to work. Good to load, travel, catch, bath, with dentist.
