year old pony for sale (acts for like a 10 year old). super hacker, great with traffic and safe. hunted before and whilst we have owned him, gives leads for others over ditches and isn't fazed by the hounds. has done pony club for 4 years went to camp last year and jumped 1.20 in chase me Charlie. currently in a snaffle (also hunted in a snaffle) happy to go in stronger bits as doesn't bother him. was our first pony and now needs to go teach someone else or perfect for just hacking or hunting, even a older lady wanting a safe ride to hack out. currently he is being wasted in the field and not being used to his full potential. never had the vets called out for him. not a push button pony - can be stubborn - you have to use your legs if you are pony clubbing. out hacking he's off the leg. He's very good to handle on the ground allowing my 13 yr old daughter to do everything with him. We bought him for her to do all pony club activities but unfortunately he had a tendon injury and therefore can no longer jump and compete at the level we need. He's the sort of pony that can be left for weeks at a time and then you can just get on and hack out. He does need to have his grazing managed and so would need to be able to be stabled.
