Hi maybe I'm looking for the impossible but I'm a 41 year old lady and I suffer with a serious back condition I've been told I should never ride again but I miss it so much I used to ride in my younger days but now I'm very very nervous and am looking to try and have a go at riding again we already own a Fell x Cob but he's nowhere near steady enough for me to try and ride as he can be a handful I would struggle to do any jobs as I can't lift anything heavy hence why maybe I'm looking for the impossible as stable duties would be out of the question and as sometimes I can't get out of the house for days or weeks at a time and there would be no guarantee that my back would withstand me actually riding a horse again after I've tried it once I want to be as honest as possible as I wouldn't like to mess any one around I could give a small contribution the horse would have to be rock steady and a complete plod and doesn't have to go above a walk and just be happy to have the odd plod out and about if my back can stand it but until I try I will never know and the stables we are on doesn't have any suitable horses for me to try to see if I could withstand it I'm 5 ft 1 and 9 and a half stone if anyone thinks they have something suitable I'd love to hear from you x Read More

Horse for share 3 times a week (weekend day included)

Percy is a 10 year old Connemara gelding. He is good to hack and school and is starting to do more jumping. We are located in Walton on the hill within 10 minutes from Epsom, Banstead and Reigate. There is off road hacking super close such as the Headley Heath, Epsom Downs and Walton Heath. At the yard there is a large school with jumps in. He is on full livery so tack cleaning and grooming is included so all that is needed is ride and obviously you are welcome to do anything else.
