Honest advert..... 13 years old, heavy weight cob mare, full up 15hh and nearly as wide. She is 100% to handle, easy catch, load, farrier, in and out of stable absolutely no vices. She was brought back into work in the summer after having a couple of foals, she was previously in a trekking centre. reluctant sale due to no suitable facilities to work with her,chunky heavyweight 15hh mare,17 years old,happy hacker,lovely to ride.enjoys hacking.great in all traffic,good to load,shoe.,doesnt kick/bite/buck/rear **she can be awkward to catch (20 minutes or so sometimes with help of mints!) though i suspect this may be with just me!! fine to tack up,has had a shady past before i bought her,and has been rough handled at some point resulting in trust issues on ground.after a incident with a rug slipping and becoming tangled in her legs i can no longer get a rug near her,or do simple things such as sponge fly spray on her face without her pulling back and galloping off.however my husband can walk straight up to her and catch her no trouble.so i think she connects me to the rug thing..prior to this she had been rugged/handled on the ground by myself fine.i have no facilities at home,no stables/shelters,not even a safe tying up area so finding it difficult to overcome this as when i attempt to she will pull back and gallop off.she needs a experienced handler/rider.tack included.

Jet is a lovely little Cob mare who is a quick learner. She has given everything a go whilst with us. She will happily work in the school or field and will pop a jump. Hacks out in company and is getting better alone. We have made the decision to sell Jet as we just can't give her the time she deserves as we have other ponies. She is good to clip, load, travel with farrier, dentist and Vet. She had her feet trimmed and teeth done last week and is up to date with worming. I gave her a bath today () for the first time in months and she was a star.... so easy to have around. Lives out or happy to be stabled, currently living out but I have stabled her in the past no problems.
