For sale is my lovely Gibson USA Les Paul Standard Double Cutaway in Trans Charcoal and as you can see it is a lovely example with the AAA grade flame top. The overall condition is very good throughout with just one scratch on the upper bout worthy of mention (as shown in the pic, although I did use a flash to make it more obvious, and as reflected in the price). It plays and sounds superb and is also all original with no repairs. Comes with the original Gibson hard case. All the hardware and frets are in very good condition with little wear, the neck is nice and straight and has just been restrung and set up. In fact, it is the remains of a repair from where the neck took a knock. I have now had this confirmed by a local luthier (who has 27 years’ experience and knows what he is talking about). However, he also states that the neck is now completely stable and the “scratch” does not affect playability in any way. It is still a fantastic looking, playing and sounding guitar. For sale is an EXTREMELY RARE Epiphone Les Paul Special Double Cut with two P90 Pickups. Probably the only one available in the UK right now. Made in Korea in the Samick plant in , the guitar is in an excellent condition, with just some minor marks on the back of the neck. It plays fantastically and sounds amazing. Mahogany body and set mahogany neck. 22 Frets, two P90 pickups, two volume and two tone controls. Comes with a hardcase/flightcase that has seen better days but that has obviously done its job. It has been serviced and restrung with Rotosound RH10 (roto blues). It also includes a quite nice guitar strap. I would consider sensible offers or trading for another guitar in the same condition/value. Hand built luthier made double cut les Paul with EMG 81, like Gibson, epiphone

A very unique guitar, I have no idea who made it originally and neither did the person I got it from although it is made to a very high quality, it is just worn from playing although I like that aesthetic. If you are wanting a pristine guitar this is not for you, it has a lot of character and shows it. It has a mahogany body and set mahogany neck, with ebony fretboard with a 25.5" scale length. A comfortable Ibanez Gibraltar bridge and what I think are old Schaller locking tuners along with an EMG 81 make this guitar very aggressive with great sustain from the mahogany. The neck is nice and round but not too thick, with the unfinished stain making it very fast to play compared to sticky gloss necks. The main bits of damage and wear can be seen in the photos although the finish is generally worn all over. Ad ID: Delivery Service Consumer Credit

This is a beautiful example of a Gibson Les Paul Special Double Cut . Some of the main specifications of this beautiful guitar:- a) Zero Fret Adjustable nut - increases sustain and promotes accurate intonation and improves action by providing a range of nut adjustments. b) Two P-90 soapbar Alnico Slug Pick-ups - which provides a brighter tone and a more percussive attack c) Wider neck and fret board which makes string bending much easier. d) Thicker rosewood finger board e) Genuine pearl inlays. f) Les Paul 100th birthday signature - honouring the genius with a facsimile of his actual signature taken from a pick guard signed by Les himself. g) Les Paul Hologram - Authenticity and tribute. h) Comes complete with a beautiful Gibson hard case. I had to remove the Gibson G-Force tuning system as it malfunctioned so I replaced it with high quality Grover tuners which provide extremely stable tuning. The only reason I am selling is that I have had a wrist operation during which a metal bar was implanted which means I am unable to bend my wrist. This makes it difficult for me to stretch the slightly wider fretboard. This guitar has only been played a handful of times and is in mint condition. This guitar cost £589 in August .
