My adorable 21 year old 16hh IDX Gelding Wellie is for sale free to a good home. Until 5 years ago he was a riding school horse. He is slightly arthritic but fine for very light hacking only, semi retirement but short hacks are fine and the exercise does him good His tack is available to go with rugs available to go for a nominal fee. He is fine with other horses, he is current in a livery yard with 8 others. He is stabled overnight and I would like similar. sparky (sparky buds dude) is a registered AQUA quarter horse who has bouts of lameness due to a ddft injury. He had an operation to repair the tendon and does come sound but tends to have a run around and tweaks it again. he is a wonderful companion horse, easy in all ways- good hooves, no rugs needed, good doer etc - the ultimate in low maintenance and loves company - equine and human. Horse for sale as a light hack/ showing or companion horse.

I have a beautiful 8 year old 15.2h Thoroughbread X gelding for sale as a light hacking horse/ show horse or a field companion. He loves people and adores hugs and being pampered. He can live outdoors or will happily stable as he loves to lie down and fall asleep. If used as a companion horse he would be fine being left in a field or stable alone as long as he had something to occupy him e.g. a hay net / grass. He has lived with both mares and gelding and in large mixed herds too. He can be anxious at times around busy yards and worries if things approach him quickly/ noisily from behind. He has just being brought back into work after having had time off due to a right fore lameness issue. Vets advise he is used for light hacking, showing or as a companion horse now. He has definitely got a WoW factor and turns heads wherever he goes. However he is a very sensitive horse and needs a experienced rider / handler that can reassure him when he gets tense and guide him. Is anyone out there looking for a companion horse. This is Lola and she is 18 years young. She has a lovely temperament and has good manners, never nasty and has never kicked, doesn't barge or pull. She does exactly what you tell her to do. She is good with farrier and just recently had her teeth done, she is passported and microchipped. Sadly Lola can not be ridden anymore due to her arthritis in her legs which can make her stiff. She has lived in and out but prefers living out. Good to catch and loves a groom.
