13.2 Pony A Perfect Mother Daughter Share or First Pony

This pony has been an absolute dream in the time that we have had him and he hasn't put a foot wrong. I rescued him from a very bad situation a few months back and he has been so gentle and loving bless him. He will go anywhere load onto anything great with the farrier and he let me fully clip him without even tying him up. We have taken him for long hacks over valleys and across motorway bridges and he didn't even bat an eyelid. His only down point is that he's a bit slow but I'm sure he would get a bit quicker once he was fitter. Whoever comes to see him will fall in love with him. He can only wear lightweight rugs as he grows a thick rug and sweats but he was much better once clipped. He would make the perfect mother daughter share as even though he is only 13.2hh he looks and rides a lot bigger and to be honest I was shocked when I measured him. He is very low in the pecking order on the field and does tend to get picked on so I put him in with my Donkeys but he then started picking on them so he would have to be with nice horses that didn't pick on him. I really don't want him to go to a riding school. He is a pony that you could put your nan on but I really want him to go to a loving home because he has had a really horrid start in life. Please get in touch if you would like to know anything else but please no joy riders as he is just too sweet x He's a little boy that deserves a loving home where he can plod along happily and have a nice life x He's just had his feet trimmed again and they are fabulous now and shouldn't need shoes and I've just given him a pramox so he's wormed up to date. I rescue ponies and Donkeys that have had a bad start get them all back to perfect health and the ones that are as good as this one I find homes for so all we have done is build him up and ridden him round various valleys etc for hours which he loves but haven't done anything like jumping etc. He's quite heavy set more like a shires build but pony sized which makes him look like a show hunter type? 11.3hh first/second pony club pony

Very sad sale of our daughters pony due to loss of interest.we have owned lady for 19 months and previous home was pony club. Lady was bought as a first pony and in most respects she is and this is what she has been used for. However she does have some quirks and I honestly think she is a second pony or older child's first pony our daughter was 8 when we bought her. Lady has done all pony club rally's with the south staffs attended camp, dressage, local shows, fun rides and attended hunt meets on the lead rein. She has hacked alone and in company and spent a lot of last summer hacking around fields with my daughter or on Cannock chase. Lady likes to jump and previously has competed bsja, she likes coloured fences and was 40cm champion at Stafford riding club she will do cross country but needs positive riding. Good in traffic we live on a farm,loads, good to clip, bath and catch currently unshod but had fronts on last year due to the work. No illness with us or lami lived out this winter. Her main quirks are grumpy when tacking up and will nip if loose we avoid this by tying tight and can nip when picking front feet out just need awareness everything checked and put down to badly fitting tack in past. Can put in a buck when asked to canter with a stick. That said we have had amazing fun with this pony and she has always behaved when at shows being quite genuine over coloured fences. 17 year old Sid is a Welsh section A grey gelding standing at about 11 hands. My two children have been riding Sid for six years on our farm with pigs, machinery, shoot and bikes they are now moving to bigger ponies. My 11 year old son is still riding Sid and the pony has four shoes on currently. My son is hunting with the Ross-Harriers on his new pony.
