90's Fender Twin amp. In amazingly good condition, having always been kept protected with a lovely red leather heavily padded "Silverstone" cover. This discontinued cover is also included in the sale. Reason for sales - I only play in the home, so this amp will never be used to its full potential in my ownership, and it DESERVES to be played. Everything working as it should with no issues - any trial welcome. The amp is a USA made 3 channel beast. 100w switchable to 25w with a flick of the switch on the back of the amp. It is currently set up running with just power tubes so it breaks up earlier on the clean channel. The other 2 tubes will be included in case you want all 4 in there! Absolutely great sounding tube amp. Sweet cleans but breaks up realyl gnarly but still very clear. Overdrive channel 3 can give you tube screamer-like lead tones. Channel 2 is standard crunch. For sale is my 90's Fender Twin. Owned since and it's in ridiculously good condition as I've always kept it protected with this lovely red leather "Silverstone" cover. These were made in UK a few years ago but no longer going as far as I can gather. USA made 3 channel beast. 100w switchable to 25w with a flick of the switch on the back of the amp. Also, running with just power tubes so it breaks up earlier on the clean channel. (I will include the spare 2 tubes in case you want all 4 in there.) Great sounding tube amp. Sweet cleans but breaks up real gnarly but still very clear. Overdrive channel 3 can give you tube screamer-like lead tones. Channel 2 is your bog standard crunch. Very nice reverb, handy effects loop and very neat "recording out" feature. Has played around 100 gigs since being in my life. Fender Twin Reverb . This amp has lived a life before I bought it, and is fairly scuffed. Since I’ve had it (more than 20 years) it has hardly been used. I’ve had it serviced three times, each time with the intention of selling it afterwards, but then every time I plugged it in I couldn’t bear to! The problem is it’s way too loud for a normal room, would be more ideally suited to someone who is going to gig with it. Soon after the last service I noticed a crack in one of the speakers. I’ve looked into replacing it, or rather replace the pair. Celestion seems to be the most recommended speakers, but I’ve decided to try selling it as is in case someone out there has other opinions on the type of speaker they’d want (or have the originals reconed). Good condition amps are advertised between £850 and £900, I’ve seen a non working condition one being advertised for £550.
