Fender Twin Amp

For sale is my 90's Fender Twin. Owned since and it's in ridiculously good condition as I've always kept it protected with this lovely red leather "Silverstone" cover. These were made in UK a few years ago but no longer going as far as I can gather. USA made 3 channel beast. 100w switchable to 25w with a flick of the switch on the back of the amp. Also, running with just power tubes so it breaks up earlier on the clean channel. (I will include the spare 2 tubes in case you want all 4 in there.) Great sounding tube amp. Sweet cleans but breaks up real gnarly but still very clear. Overdrive channel 3 can give you tube screamer-like lead tones. Channel 2 is your bog standard crunch. Very nice reverb, handy effects loop and very neat "recording out" feature. Has played around 100 gigs since being in my life. I've had this amp for a while but don't use it enough these days so looking to move it on to someone who will. Its all in good shape and comes with the original footswitch. Specs: The Fender STAGE I 12SE amplifier is a straight-ahead combination of radical new distortion sounds and time-tested Classic Fender Sounds packaged together in a Solid-State configuration, which is both easy to use and inherently reliable. The STAGE 112SE NORMAL Channel features the standard compliment of VOLUME, TREBLE, MID, and BASS controls with the addition of a MID SHIFT Button for that ultra-clean sound. The DRIVE Channel features GAIN, VOLUME, and a separate EQ consisting of CONTOUR, TREBLE, and BASS controls. The almost unlimited combinations of the GAIN and CONTOUR controls will vary your sound from smooth and bluesy to a honky bite or all the way to ten for the crunchiest sounds around. You get seating smooth highs backed by deep punch. The TREBLE and BASS controls give you continuous adjustment of the highs and lows, allowing the STAGE I 12SE to be the perfect compliment to your individual playing style. This guitar is in immaculate condition apart from the dink illusatred in the photo. It has never been outdoors or gigged and is only on its second set of strings. The Amp still has its original tag on it. Also with T- Bone pedal and all leads. It also comes in an original fender hard case. The guitar has hardly been used and needs to go to someone who will use it for what it is meant to be used for.

Fender Twin Reverb . This amp has lived a life before I bought it, and is fairly scuffed. Since I’ve had it (more than 20 years) it has hardly been used. I’ve had it serviced three times, each time with the intention of selling it afterwards, but then every time I plugged it in I couldn’t bear to! The problem is it’s way too loud for a normal room, would be more ideally suited to someone who is going to gig with it. Soon after the last service I noticed a crack in one of the speakers. I’ve looked into replacing it, or rather replace the pair. Celestion seems to be the most recommended speakers, but I’ve decided to try selling it as is in case someone out there has other opinions on the type of speaker they’d want (or have the originals reconed). Good condition amps are advertised between £850 and £900, I’ve seen a non working condition one being advertised for £550.
