Up for sale is my rather lovely UK spec Fender Pro Reverb amp. It's in perfect working order, includes the original (i believe) reverb/vibrato footswitch and really sounds fantastic. One thing that stands out about this particular amp is that it appears to have the AA165 circuit which was used in the earlier blackface versions (see final picture) - being a amp this is one of the first of the silverface Pro Reverbs so I can only assume that they had some of the AA165 chassis left over and decided not to waste them! This has been modified by Pete Cornish as a one off (with verification/provenance) so that both channels now have their own separate and independent mid controls that allow you, if you wish, to fill out the natural scooped blackface tone of the amp and approach tweedy and fuller bodied tones as required. However the mid controls can also be set to the standard tone of the amp or even more scooped middle dependant on how you like it or the guitar you are using. In all other aspects it is stock.
