Fender Twin Reverb . This amp has lived a life before I bought it, and is fairly scuffed. Since I’ve had it (more than 20 years) it has hardly been used. I’ve had it serviced three times, each time with the intention of selling it afterwards, but then every time I plugged it in I couldn’t bear to! The problem is it’s way too loud for a normal room, would be more ideally suited to someone who is going to gig with it. Soon after the last service I noticed a crack in one of the speakers. I’ve looked into replacing it, or rather replace the pair. Celestion seems to be the most recommended speakers, but I’ve decided to try selling it as is in case someone out there has other opinions on the type of speaker they’d want (or have the originals reconed). Good condition amps are advertised between £850 and £900, I’ve seen a non working condition one being advertised for £550. Fender Pro Reverb (with blackface circuit)

Up for sale is my rather lovely UK spec Fender Pro Reverb amp. It's in perfect working order, includes the original (i believe) reverb/vibrato footswitch and really sounds fantastic. One thing that stands out about this particular amp is that it appears to have the AA165 circuit which was used in the earlier blackface versions (see final picture) - being a amp this is one of the first of the silverface Pro Reverbs so I can only assume that they had some of the AA165 chassis left over and decided not to waste them! Fender bassman blackface guitar amplifier , genuine 50 yr old amp and cab.

Genuine Fender Bassman Blackface guitar amp and cabinet, piggyback head unit and cabinet, this also has the original standstr on the side of the speaker cabinet. The unit ALL guitarists want, dont be put off by the term "Bassman" this is very much a rhythm/Lead guitar amp too and is superb for any guitar style. Please check this out online these are the dogsdanglers..... It has a couple of marks but nothing major, it also has one tiny hole in the front cloth but again I am being picky, but hell its half a century old.... If you require any more info/pics just ask, i will take some pics of the speakers in the cabinet shortly, it is in first class condition for a 50 year old unit..!! This must be the cheapest one of its kind in this condition.. These retail around the £ mark.......check it out...i have priced this too sell as i am after a top end motorcycle....... This is my Fender Twin Reverb. She's about as original and unmolested as you can get. It even includes the original footswitch! When I acquired her she needed a complete filter cap change which made a clean sounding amp even cleaner. The valves have just been tested. One was found to be faulty and has been replaced. She's an absolute beauty and in pretty good condition considering she's nearly 40 years old. At £750 she's a bargain but I am open to sensible offers.
