This is a Mercedes Blue Eric Clapton custom shop Stratocaster. It is in beautiful, as new, virtually unused condition. These guitars are £+ new and, according to a friend who works in a music shop, they are about to me even more expensive very soon. This one is every bit as good as a new one, for a little over half the price. It has no wear on the frets or fingerboard, or anywhere else for that matter. Fender Custom Shop Eric Clapton Journeyman Relic Stratocaster

Amazing guitar, professionally set up by Rockfield Guitar Engineering in London. Plays like a dream. Clapton took a vintage Strat and basically hot rodded it with improved radius board, bigger frets and staggered tuners. Upgraded Fender hot noiseless pick ups and Clapton 25dB midboost make this a very powerful sounding instrument. Journeyman Relic finish is really cool and gives the guitar lots of vintage mojo. Fender Eric Clapton Signature Stratocaster (Torino Red / Maple)

This guitar was purchased new by me in May from Vintage and Modern Guitars in Thame, Oxon (I still have original receipt). Its in superb condition, Serial Number US, and is totally original. It was set up by Phil at V&M and has recently had a new set of Fender Super Bullet 9's fitted and a new 9V battery for the mid-boost pre-amp. Overall condition is excellent and has never been out of the house - only being marked down by some very faint buckle rash on the back of the guitar (a fateful moment of playing it once standing up at home shortly after purchase - I was devastated when I discovered it!). Nothing too much so pretty hard to see in the photographs. Only other matter of note is a tiny ding on the front next to the upper side of the pick guard. This is a really lovely guitar with soft 'V' neck profile with satin finish, noiseless pickups and the master TBX tone control and +25dB active mid-boost features which are unique to this guitar. The tremolo is still blocked off with tremolo bar and retaining spring still in the case. Complete with its original Fender tweed case and all original case candy including strap, lead, swing tags etc. Welcome to view by appt . Fender American artist series Stratocaster - Eric Clapton 'Blackie'

For sale is my beloved Fender American artist series stratocaster. This is an eric clapton artist series strat 'Blakie' from . It plays and sounds incredible. It has some swirls in the finish and some fret wear. There is some patina building up on the vintage bridge, but ads to its charm. Currently it is set up with 10s and the term is floating. I can add the block back in if you want. The G&c case is not in the best condition but it is original. I can supply with the modern square fender case instead if you gig a lot (it's much lighter and better for protection). I have a Torino red Clapton strat from if you prefer a newer version. But this is the classic 'blackie'. Probably one of the best and versatile strats on the market. It has a soft V maple neck, vintage bridge with wide spacing, but a modern 9.5 radius neck. It comes standard with vintage noiseless pickups, TBX tone circuit and mid boost (25db). I can tell you that it is great for dialing in that perfect tone. Roll the closest tone knob from it's standard notched position (5, not 10) towards 10, and it cuts bass and ads treble, and the opposite from 5 down to 0. If you turn the outer tone knob from 0 upward it boosts mid and treble frequencies from 0-25db. (0 is normal). I can tell you that subtle changes with these knobs can go from vintage strat to punchy modern tones. I am also willing to swap the vintage (pretty but very heavy) case for my American deluxe case which is ABS if you prefer as I don't play live. I'm reluctantly selling this as I need to pay for a wedding! Comes with case candy and vintage style case. The case is a little tatty but all Original G&G case. New, these are around £. Fender USA Custom Shop Deluxe Stratocaster This is without a doubt the most beautiful guitar i've ever owned. It has an aged cherry finish which shows off the select premium ash body, plus a highly figured birds-eye maple neck. It is genuinely jaw-dropping. Lovely set-up and plays brilliantly with a nice action – it sounds unbelievable and is everything you’d expect from a top of the range custom shop strat - it just doesn't get better really. Condition is excellent with the only thing to mention being a small blemish which is barely noticeable unless you are searching for it - see pic. Fender Custom Shop Custom Deluxe USA Stratocaster Made in Fender's American Custom Shop - Stunning Select Ash Body - Very nicely figured flamed maple neck (photos really don't do it justice - it's genuinely the most beautiful neck i've ever seen on a guitar) - frets and a lovely neck (called the '65 neck profile) - Neck and middle pickups are signed and dated Abigail handwound 69 pickups and the Bridge pickup is Custom Shop Texas Special - needless to say, it sounds absolutely incredible and plays like a dream. Comes with the original custom shop hardcase and all the case candy including certificate Condition is fantastic, with the only thing to note is a slight ding on the bottom side (which you don't see when playing etc) which has been touched up nicely and isn't noticable unless you are looking for it. Overall it's just a fantastic specimen from the Custom Shop - and you can really feel the love that's been poured into it by it's makers - incredible craftsmanship. Cash on collection preferred from Leicester (LE7) or potentially my workplace in Nottingham (NG2). I can also courier anywhere in the UK, or Internationally, but if you require this couriering then it will be 100% at your own risk.
