Hi, I am a self-employed music teacher with 10 years experience in the UK. Lesson arrangements are flexible. Any day. Any time. We can meet weekly or fortnightly or whenever suits you. We can have lessons at your place or in my studio, whatever is most convenient for you. I recommend a consistent day and time for your lesson but as long as there is space available, I'll book you in. Small group lessons are also an option. And in some cases, I can provide an instrument for lessons and offer advice for instrument purchase. Teaching music is my job and therefore a top priority. I ask for 24 hour notice if my students need to cancel. Oh, and I have a squeaky clean DBS check. I started on bass (thinking it would be easier as there were less strings and I wouldn't have to learn chords!) but eventually couldn't help myself and got a guitar and then a drum kit. This worked to a degree but when a friend's Dad offered to give me an hour guitar lesson I learned more in an hour than I had in the previous year! I have played all three instruments in a range of bands over the years and have played shows all over the country. The bands I have been in have supported some fantastic international bands and have managed to release a number of recordings, some of which have been played on local and national radio (including a slot on Huw Stephens' Radio 1 show). For several years I worked as a guitar/bass/drum tutor in the past for Clive's Music Schools - a franchise that offered music tutorage to children and adults.
