Gorgeous Ideal GP/event saddle. Black Leather. '' seat '' d-d Medium Wide fit Decent knee rolls and slimline thigh blocks. 3 girth straps each side in good condition. Sound tree, bars and panels - professional panel work as per photos. Lovely leather suppleness and thickness - some small areas of fading to seat and flaps as shown. Small area of cosmetic stitching on right saddle skirt is present underneath stirrup cover but missing on top as per both photos....skirt still fully intact and not separating in any way and this does not impair the use of the saddle - not visible until inspected closely and not visible at all when being ridden in. Usual very minor use related wear to cantle/pommel etc. if desired, purchaser will need to buy new girth guards. Trials welcome - collect from Hereford. Offers invited. Black ideal international event saddle, 17 and a half inches and 9 and a half inches from d ring to d ring which makes it medium to wide fit. This saddle is in good working order its an extremely comfortable saddle which puts the rider in a great position. I have used this saddle for all riding club events and for long distance hacking. It has been used on two of my horses which i no longer have they were cob x tb 16 hands and an arab x tb 15 hands. This saddle also come with a very nice black john whitaker numnah full size. I am happy if buyer wants to come and collect the saddle and happy if the buyer would like it posting also.

Was bought for 16.1hh ex-racehorse and never used. It already has deeper panels to allow for the high withers. Horse no longer around so saddle not required. Only sign of wear is bit rust on one dee-ring. Little dent on girth straps as been tried on a few horses in yard. See photos. Between dee-rings 7.5/8 " Comes with Ideal cover. I paid £900.

 General Purpose English leather saddle by Ideal. 17.5" from cantle to stud. Medium/narrow. D - D (top ones) is approx 8.5" Brown with paler seat and knee rolls. Extremely comfortable saddle. One of those that seems to fit several horses on our yard, just frustratingly not mine! This belonged to my old girl who was pts earlier this year. It's a lovely saddle and a hard sale, but needs must. She was a 16hh fairly solid Polish Warmblood, initially always a medium but changed shape slightly with age and I changed to this one. The saddle itself has been checked over by a saddler who's given it the ok. Although in good condition, you can see from the top it has noticeable water marks. I bought it second hand like this and nearly always used a seat saver. Good solid saddle by a reputable maker. Please can winning bidder pay within 48 of auction ending. Ideal international event saddle 17". This beautiful saddle is so comfortable with it's lovely deep seat & knee rolls & soft leather. As you can see from the pix the saddle is in great condition & only selling as it dosent fit my new horse. The saddle is a wide & measures aprox 9 -9.5" d ring to d ring & is black in colour. The buyer of this saddle will not be disappointed. The saddle has usual marks from stirrup leathers but not bad & has some light scratches on the seat as shown in the picture. But it does not affect the saddle in anyway. Please note the saddle pad & cloth do not come with the saddle.
