Absolutely beautiful Ideal International Event Saddle.   Extremely good condition.   No scrapes on the cantle or pommel.   A few marks from the girth buckles but otherwise exceptional.   Recently valued by a saddler at over £400.   Only for sale because my mare needs a wide fit.

Ideal international event saddle 17". This beautiful saddle is so comfortable with it's lovely deep seat & knee rolls & soft leather. As you can see from the pix the saddle is in great condition & only selling as it dosent fit my new horse. The saddle is a wide & measures aprox 9 -9.5" d ring to d ring & is black in colour. The buyer of this saddle will not be disappointed. The saddle has usual marks from stirrup leathers but not bad & has some light scratches on the seat as shown in the picture. But it does not affect the saddle in anyway. Please note the saddle pad & cloth do not come with the saddle.

These saddles are approx £ from Ideal. This saddle and a medium fit black Ideal event were part of a number of items bought from a saddlery that was closing down in Sheffield. I have forsale an all leather, brown Ideal international GP saddle. 18" seat, medium-wide fit. Lovely saddle good condition, 2 scuffs, one to pomel and one to cantle(shown in pictures) aswell as usual usage marks bit nothing substansial. Bought this Ideal event gp  18" wide saddle recently form Elite saddles  (hence the pic of the numnah using the pics form the original add) but dident  return within the said time !!!!!was ill!,  really lovely saddle comfy  just not wide enough for my cob youngster !  it probably will fit her once she changes shape and matures a little but I need to  sell to fund further saddle. excellent used condition no returns. will only send via signed courier £

Black ideal international event saddle, 17 and a half inches and 9 and a half inches from d ring to d ring which makes it medium to wide fit. This saddle is in good working order its an extremely comfortable saddle which puts the rider in a great position. I have used this saddle for all riding club events and for long distance hacking. It has been used on two of my horses which i no longer have they were cob x tb 16 hands and an arab x tb 15 hands. This saddle also come with a very nice black john whitaker numnah full size. I am happy if buyer wants to come and collect the saddle and happy if the buyer would like it posting also.
