Heritage (Walsall) 17" GP saddle. Overall a used saddle in good condition.  Needs a clean. Sound, supple and has been used regularly.  Has some scuffs and wear and there are tiny bumps (which may scrape off) on some of the leather but this is superficial, the saddle is useable, comfortable and will polish up with some elbow grease fantastic  Signs of wear include some wear to stitching on panels but its very useable and easily rectified, in my opinion.  It doesn't affect me using it at all. Collection welcome.

THIS SADDLE IS IN GOOD USED ORDER. MADE BY ECLIPSE UK LTD OF WALSALL WITH A GP/WH STYLING. THE SADDLE HAS A REALISTIC LEATHERLOOK FINISH COMBINED WITH SUEDE LEATHER SEAT AND KNEES. THE UNDERSIDE IS SYNTHETIC, MAKING THIS SADDLE VERY LIGHTWEIGHT AND EASY TO CLEAN. THE SEAT MEASURES 17 INCHES FROM STUD TO CANTLE, THE GULLET MEASURES 5 INCHES, FROM D TO D IS 8.5 INCHES AND POINT OF TREE TO POINT OF TREE IS 12 INCHES. THE SUEDE SEAT DOES SHOW SOME SIGNS OF WEAR AND THERE IS A SMALL REPAIR ON THE OFFSIDE SADDLE FLAP. THIS IS A SMART, LITE, COMFORTABLE SADDLE THAT HAS ALL STITCHING, GIRTH STRAPS AND TREE IN SOUND CONDITION.

Anthil saddle made in England a really good make of saddle. It has had something sat on it in the rack room which has left a mark in the seat but doesn't effect use. All else seems in good order but I'm not a saddler. I have measured and uploaded pics.

This is a dark brown english saddle, see pictures for makers plate. 16 inch pommel to cantle, front to back. 16.5 from stud to middle of cantle. Approx 8 ins Dring to Dring. I would think it is a medium fit. Only for sale as is one of a multitude of saddles bought to try for our large donkey, but this is too forward cut for her. It is a used saddle with a few nicks in underside nr gullet, could do with a stitch or two on top too,  and has a few scratches, but this is only cosmetic, see pics, if you wanted to have it repaired it would be a small inexpensive job. If you are not fussy about appearance this is a ready to go saddle, with lovely soft leather. These english saddles go on forever, no returns, if it doesnt fit you will have to resell it. Will be sent by my hermes courier. Free postage!

Welcome to my auction for my 17" Gp saddle.  It really is a very nice saddle in good condition. I cannot see a makers name, but it is stamped as Made in England. This saddle has had very little use and has been well looked after. I would say it is a medium fit, distance between D rings is about 7.5 inches.  It is a comfortable and smart looking saddle and I am reluctant to sell it, but I no longer need it as it does not fit my current horse.
