11.2 Rupert 6 years light chestnut roan four white socks and a white face. Super cute pony we brought him recently as a safe forward first ridden pony. Before I waste your time reading through all the information about him we are selling as he can be difficult to catch in large open fields. If it's something u can deal with or have small paddocks carry on reading !! He came from small paddocks and had minimal trouble. We wanted him for mounted games, he walked, trotted and cantered on demand with a soft mouth. Nothing silly or bolt off but we kicked and he maintained his speed. He was perfect for our jockey who's been riding a year but wanted a more forward ride. We managed to hack him down the road and bridle path once which he was good. He doesn't like the rider hanging onto his mouth so no pullers. With previous owner has done everything like most small ponies and nothing has fazed him. He has stopped a couple of times testing the rider but will do as he's told once he knows who's in charge. Our fields are too big and open to get near him and have gone a week at a time without being caught, unfortunately he has not worked out as this is something we cannot deal with here. The old owners have now replaced him. Asking £800 as sold from the field open to sensible offers. Read More

Very rare first/second pony

Skye is a 12.2hh, 18 year old, Irish/Connemara type. He is a schoolmaster in all ways. He has taught many children to ride and is now only for sale as seriously outgrown. Ridden by all ages of children throughout the years from 6 year olds to 15 year olds. Hunted off the lead rein, SJ, XC, all PC activities including PPC will turn a hoof to anything. We have never seen him buck, bite, nap or rear. He goes up and down gears depending on the jockey. Good to load, box, shoe etc and hacks alone or in company. Skye has never been sick or sorry with us and has great confirmation (Irish/Connemara type). More pictures/videos available on request. Lovely 12.1hh 8yo Dartmoor pony, very sadly outgrown. Superb temperament, fun, ideal first or second pony. Blazey has taken part in all Pony Club activities including camps with us for the last 3 years and is consistently placed in 60cm classes both indoors and out. She loves show jumping and cross country and won her first ODE this autumn. Lives out very happily all year round, good to catch, box, trim (unshod) and in traffic. What doesnt this pony do !!! Mini showjunping up to 50cm Mini xc up to 60cm Mounted games Polo crosse All pony club activities Hacks out 100%in all traffic All of above with 7year old child on her own. Brilliant first or second pony for novice or nervous children she is good to hack in all traffic and can be lead by my horse with tiny tots on or happily follows off lead or will go in front and set a steady pace. All mounted games races in any position not silly or spooky with any equipment. Sj and xc she has a nice smooth jump on her and will go at the pace my daughter wants doesn't quicken up into approach or on landing of a fence. Polo crossed practice not fazed by racquet flying around her head or the ball been thrown and her and rolling around in between her legs. My daughter can catch her brush pick out her feet tack her up in tack her load her and rides her without any assistance from me at just 7 years old. She has previously been used in a riding school and will teach young children on a lunge there up downs of trotting and listen to voice commands from person on the floor. Currently living out 24/7 in a mixed herd but does live in on a night in winter. We don't feed her hard feed and she is a good doer never had laminitus but I do watch her as don't want her to get it. Good to catch, farrier (barefoot) load (trailer or wagon). Never clipped her but I do use small flippers for her whiskers bridle path ears and feathers and she isn't fazed so don't think she would be a problem to clip. No vices No lumps No bumps No known illnesses No known health issues Passported Worked Feet Physio Teeth All up to date. WANTED: That elusive in between a first and second pony! 13hh (ish but no smaller) for petite 10yr old jockey. Quietly capable but can have the odd confidence wobble. Forward but with brakes and nothing too strong - purely because of her size. No youngsters with potential, would rather a been there and done it type. Beautiful wall eyed cremella. 14 year old mare 13.1hh. Showjumping, lead rein and show pony. Very disciplined in the school and will follow you around off lead. Geat to catch unless shes showing off with another pony lol. Farrier and dentist no problem. Not shod and doesnt need it. Loves to hack alone or in company. Only vice is putting her head down but a daisy rein sorts that out. This is habitual only. Rides in happy mouth with no grackle martingale or other constrictions. Great first or second pony as she is an allrounder. Not a bucker or rearer but reared once as she had a wee urine infection. Extremely Sad Sale of First/Second Pony

It is with a heavy heart that I'm offering up for sale my daughter's 12.2hh Section B, gelding, aged 14yrs.. He is truly a one in a million pony who has taken my daughter from being a nervous rider to jumping Pony Club Class 1 Winter League. This little superstar has no vices and is the perfect Pony Club all rounder. He has competed in MG comps, hunted (on and off the lead rein), completed Arena Eventing locally, been to Main Camp and done Endurance. He loads perfectly, is brilliant with the farrier and up to date with teeth, vaccinations etc. He recently had his back checked by an Osteopath and is never sick, lame or sorry. He has been ridden by complete novices and looks after his rider. He loves to be in work and lives in or out. Stands to be clipped and has a fabulous personality.
