I had a miserable mare who's stomach always rumbled and who's droppings were more like cow pats, after just a few days of wearing her new collar she was a different horse. I'm not saying that all horses will benefit from wearing a collar, but mine certainly did, and touch wood has never suffered any signs or symptoms of colic.
