Brood mare or Companion

I am advertising Meeka as a brood mare or companion. At this stage I have not rode her for around 8 months she was diagnosed with a navicular and because of this I haven't done anything with her on the advise of the vet. Saying that Meeka is a very hardy mare and does not know pain she is galloping around the field as happy as can be. I would love for her to have a purpose and be able to perhaps be used as a brood mare as she honestly is a superb horse. My absolute dream- she played polocrosse before I had her and then competed in Horseball with me in this country and abroad. She truly is amazing at her job and that's why it is so devastating for me to have to make this decision. Companion/brood mare Pony in Northallerton

Rosie is a coloured pony and we are looking for a new home for her. She is 13 yrs old and is fully passported. Has been a riding horse however she has a splint on her near fore and therefore can not be ridden. She is very hardy and lives out all year round. She has been shod in the past but has no shoe's on at the moment. She is very well behaved for the farrier for her trim. Rosie has had 2 foals and has been the most wonderful mum BUT the best thing about her is her character she will chunner and answer you back or shout for her food As you can see from the photo's she is great with kids bareback or under saddle. I am looking for a forever home for me mare, 9 years old, 15'3 cob x (warmblood passport) unfortunately nearly 2 years ago she damaged her deep digital flexor tendon and I have brought her back field sound but she won't be ridden again, unfortunately I have to have her on full livery due to work commitments so is very expensive to keep her as a pet. She is very nice natured (like a big dog) and loves people, she enjoys a scratch and looks grooming with other horses. She can be handled by children and will just follow you around, even after 6 months box rest she was an angel to turn out waiting for her head collar taking of before she ran into the field and on box rest you wouldn't have know you had her there. With her temperament I think she would make a good brood mare but I have never bred from her so nothing proven. A good home is the most important to me I have owned her since she was nearly 2 so is a difficult decision to look for a new home for her. Cali is for sale as I really don't have the time for her to do her any justice as I have three other ponies and i am also pregnant. Lee is ny beloved 15hh standard bred. Beautiful bay with a quirky personality. I love this horse to bits but unfortunately life struggles have forced me to think about my situation. Ideally for lee i would like to find a home near by the midlands where i can still have a lot to do with him... but he would be a companion horse mainly. I am able to ride him but he is very nervous and has had a lot of time out of work, and as far as i know, never had anyone else on his back. Basically i would like to find a patient and loving home for a very loyal horse where i can still have plenty to do with him. He is fab at ground work and anything natural horsemanship would suit him down to the ground. He probably wouldn't be a ridden horse for anyone else in the near future but he makes a fab field companion. Cobra is a lovely STAGBI registered Standardbred, she’s standing at around 16,3hh. We got her from the RSPCA in October with the view of breaking her in the spring. I did some light work with her in January before becoming pregnant. I did little ground work, laid over her and walked around sitting her without any issues. (This was a year ago now though) She has been handled daily and stables at night and has been turned out with a mixed herd She is a very gentle giant with the kindest nature. Due to her unknown past she needs a kind but firm hand. She loves to be brushed and pampered although she can be weary with her feet being picked up, her legs being brushed and her ears being touched. Beautiful Dapple Grey 12h Mare - companion or project

Storm was saved from Slaughter this year. She is 9 years old. She was completely unhandled in June, but is now halter broken and leading. There is no reason why an experienced home couldn't break her to be ridden in the future. She has had at least 3 foals that we know of, and now needs a new life where she is the focus. She is 100% Not in foal now. She is very gently and thoughtful. She hasn't kicked or bitten us, but will happily defend her food against other field companions. Passported, chipped, vaccinated, wormed and just seen farrier. She does need a little work with the farrier, but understandable as it would have been her first time ever seeing him recently. Really healthy with no known health problems at all.
