British Army helmet and water flask WW2

British army helmet complet with strap and liner, solid condition but has superficial rust covering also British Army water flask complete with felt cover and cork stopper. Unfortunatly the cork is brittle and half has come away and is now inside the flask (please see photos). The flask is in good condition but the felt shows wear and age. Looking for £80 but may take a reasonable offer Ad ID:

As used by tank crews, the Airborne, and the RAF, The flask is in very good condition with only minor wear and few marks to the paint, Has one small dent on the lid (see photos) The lid screws on and unscrews as it should, The label is still present on the front and still readable, The cork stopper is intact and in great shape, Inside is very clean, The inside glass looks to be in fantastic condition and free from any damage, Dated on the bottom, The flask is probably still usable.

WW2 British Army Ridge Tent

This is a WW2 British Army ridge tent . It measures: 9ft long to the point at the back, 6ft wide, 6ft high, and the wall is 2ft 6inches. There is stencilled writing on both sides: BAHRAT (India) TW, , CX/P, B arrow on one side, IDEAL TRADING, BOMBAY H6 P, BD ARROW 16 on the other. The canvas is in good condition other than two small holes where a mouse got at it before I got to the mouse. The poles are original one of which has a slight curve and a couple of the locking metal cleats are missing. There are a selection of pegs some of which are wooden and could be original. Some of the guy ropes have no adjusters and some could do with extra stitching to the canvas. One of the pole locating holes on the ridge has been repaired. There is a carry bag, but not the original. The tent is in overall good condition for age and use. Ideal for re-enactment. Please contact me for extra photos. Read More
