Super safe chunky cob, unfortunalty due to personal circumstances and ill Heath I am needing to cut down and I don't have the time to care for all my horses like I use to. Beautifully marked cob, absolutely 100% on roads. Loves to pop a jump, has been swimming and can go that extra gear to. Friendly gelding who gets on in any herd. Would be perfect for a novice rider wanting to learn the ropes and basics or for a more experienced rider who even wanted to peruse his career further. Ideal hunt ride pony- very eager learner. Millie is a lovely 6yr old 14.2 cob mare. She is a very sweet and honest mare and so lovable! She is good to catch, clip, bath and shoe. Doesn't bite, kick, buck, bolt or rear. She is generally easy to do, good to tack up, rug, mount etc. Millie has 3 nice paces and schools nicely, she also has a good jump. She is good in open spaces, never strong or silly and is snaffle mouthed. She hacks alone and in company. Is 100% in traffic. She is still a little green due to age, but a very safe and steady ride. I am looking for a sharer/ rider for my lovely 14hh cob mare, Sioned. Sioned is a safe and sensible mare in her late teens. However, she loves going on hacks over the Chase and is a willing and forward going ride. I hope to find someone who would like to bring Sioned on hacks over Cannock Chase with myself and my other pony, once or twice a week. We are lucky enough to have access to the Chase straight from the field. There will also be opportunity to join us on fun rides, picnic and pub rides, etc, as I have my own horse box. All I ask in return is help with the poo picking and other paddock chores. Sioned is a great confidence giver, but you will need to be confidant in walk, trot and canter out on a hack, riding over varying terrain. Unfortunately I have my old boy for rehoming. Please don’t let his age put you off he’s in good health. He’s 25. He’s up to date with vaccinations teeth feet. Recently had a check up from the vet and back check. I retired him 2 months ago as I bought a younger horse. He’s been turned out on grass livery. But he looks really fed up he misses doing a job. He’s brilliant with kids novices can ride him. He does not hack alone he just plants his feet. He’s a happy hacker doesn’t like the school but will go in on lead rein. Doesn’t bite buck rear kick etc. Great in traffic. Doesn’t like bycicles snorts at them. He would suit a home as a light hack/companion he has mild arthritis but can still be ridden vet has given the all clear.
