This is a wonderful Antique French Gilt Figural 8 Day Movement Mantel Clock with the original key requiring a little tlc. The pendulum swings for a short while then stops so requires a little attention, probably a clean. There is a small repair to the gilt design to one side and a very small part on the opposite side has come away but not easily noticeable. The porcelain dial is enamelled with roman numerals but does show some small signs of age related wear as would be expected. The clock is approximately 30cm tall. The Frosted Molded Glass Glob with Geometric motif is based on square gold pedestal with stylish Art Deco decor. The base has great original aged patina which gives it unique character. The Glass Glob is signed 'Muller fres Luneville'.
