Late Victorian Davenport Desk

Rosewood veneer with attractive inlay made from boxwood. This piece would benefit from minor restoration where the drawer fronts have shrunk lifting the veneer. For a keen restorer this is a straightforward job. This Davenport is furnished with a very attractive olive green skiver with gilded tooling. The French polishing is authentic and it doesn't need re-polishing. There are however 1 or 2 pieces of veneer missing around the base. Dimensions: Height-89cm, Width-61cm and Depth-61cm.
