This is a wonderful Antique French Gilt Figural 8 Day Movement Mantel Clock with the original key requiring a little tlc. The pendulum swings for a short while then stops so requires a little attention, probably a clean. There is a small repair to the gilt design to one side and a very small part on the opposite side has come away but not easily noticeable. The porcelain dial is enamelled with roman numerals but does show some small signs of age related wear as would be expected. The clock is approximately 30cm tall. ANTIQUE FRENCH VERNI BRONZE MINIATURE CARRIAGE CLOCK WORKING

This is a wonderful working French miniature carriage clock with Verni Bronze inscribed to the base with the original movement present in the case. The case is in a lovely clean condition, as is the face of the clock. The clock winds up easily with the winder and the movement / time can be set using the centre turner but is a little fiddly, as you would expect with a miniature. There’s a tiny piece of glass missing from one corner but otherwise in great condition for the age of the clock.
