Victorian Ladies restored and traditionally re-upholstered bedroom chair

Beautiful Victorian ladies bedroom/parlour chair. This little chair has been lovingly restored to it's former glory. It has been traditionally re-upholstered and deep buttoned in a glorious rich gold fabric with leaf design It stands 33" tall from the floor to the top of the back. The seat is 20" wide and 20" deep and from the floor to the top of the leg it is 9" So intricate and pretty. Original porcelain casters, one has been repaired but this does not detract from the chair's beauty. There has been a professional repair to one of the back legs and again this does not notice. It really is a delight and needs a loving home. Delivery can be arranged if needed please contact for a quote. This is an original late19th century sofa. Was upholstered 25 years ago but has been stored in a garage for several years and needs some tlc. A lovely old sofa which has been re-upholstered about 2 years ago. The fabric on the seat has some discolouration from the sheepskin throw we have on it but I think it would come off if cleaned. The rest of the sofa is clean and looks really smart. The fabric is Villa Nova Soft Malmo Cobweb. The sofa is very comfortable but the seat will probably need re doing in about a year or two, depending on how much you use it. The legs have been treated for woodworm. It has been reupholstered in recent years and the dusky pink velvet is in excellent condition. May need reupholstering at some point though as the springs are very bouncy.
