This is the Ritz of all hen houses. Absolutely the best. Made for easily six hens. Constructed in pressure treated timber. With exterior plywood internal floor and nesting box compartments. Superb quality. All the tantalised boards are a-fixed to a tantalised sub structure (NOT simply stapled to a plywood back panels like cheap and nasty imports). The hen house is a fully assembled structure NOT flat pack and will simply require the nesting boxes and church tower to be screwed in place. As you can see the construction is more than 'stout' And it quite happily holds our two Labradors. The tantalised wooden roof is underlined with a Tyvek water proof breathable membrain for additional weather proofing as is the nesting boxes. It has two perching rails, two side nesting boxes, each segmented into three nesting boxes. All door, hatches and openings are lockable to keep out felicity fox. The two top ornate vents provide air flow. It comes complete with access ramp for hens to enter the first class accommodation and sacrificial tantalised wooden under derframe to make levelling of the hen house so much simpler. Nesting box roofs hindge up for eas access. The large front door is great for cleaning. You are most welcome to come view. Collection in person or assistance will be given to a courier. Complete chicken/poultry coop and pen garden set up

Selling our chicken set up including: Coop with 2 nest boxes and pull out tray Long pen with roof panels and 2 access doors Currently set up in our garden (see photos) with pen at very roughly just over 3.2 metres long and 1.42 wide. Having said that, the pen was made so it comes apart into large panels (2 x 8ft long panels on each side, 1 x 8ft long roof panel and then corrugated plastic sheets covering the rest of the roof, and 2 end panels one of which attaches to front of coop) and can be altered if necessary. As can be seen in photos, set up is in used "chickeny" condition. Coop could use some tlc but is very useable still. We will dismantle into panels before collection (will not dismantle coop) but it will be up to the buyer to collect and re-erect as suits them in their own garden or land. Good Sturdy Wheel Barrow Style Chicken House/Coop/Run Approx 2 years old, designed with ease of moving to a fresh patch of ground in mind. One end is lifted up and then it can be moved around on the wheels, the end panel lifts out to make it lighter and also to gain access to the feeder. The run is made of good quality 1/2 x 1" weld mesh. For 4/5 Chickens or 6-8 bantams depending on size. It comes complete with feeder and drinker. The feeder hangs under the sheltered end of the run out of the weather. The house Section has a nest box and perches which lift out and and a slatted floor which lifts out for ease of cleaning. The slatted floor lets the droppings through making it very low maintenance. The roof of the house allows for good ventilation, essential for chickens and lifts up for access. There is also an access hatch on the top of run to enable access to the house door. The end of the run lifts away to access the sheltered/covered food area at the other end of the run. I have creasoted it with original creosote yearly and have just given it a fresh coat inside and out, this also kills and keeps away the red mite. Although I have used it for a couple of years it is in good sturdy condition and will go on for many years yet. Could also be adapted for most other small animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs. Made with good quality tantalised wood, screwed and bolted together. the wheels have bearings so very free wheeling.
