I have come to the hard decision to sell my best friend. Harley is 11 year old, 16.1hh chestnut thoroughbred gelding. We have owned him for the past 5 years where he was brought as a project. He is a fast learner and has been to a couple of local shows both show jumping and cross country. However due to myself going back into education he has only been hacked for the past year. He hacks both in company and on his own. Prefers to take the lead when in company. Harley is good with the farrier, dentist, no stable vices. Snaffle mouth. Gets on with both mares and geldings. Up to date with vaccinations, worming, teeth and feet. Lives in or out and is a good doer considering he is a thoroughbred. Harley has lovely sable manners and is very affectionate, would stand for hours being cuddled, groomed and pampered. He equally can be turned out for days and would still love you. Harley is a dream to own, easy to look after and will fit around your lifestyle. Harley does not have a nasty bone in his body he is very forgiving. Harley is not a novice ride, he needs to be sold to an experienced rider who has preferably dealt with thoroughbreds before. He is not a horse you can bully and needs a quiet confident rider. Harley is visually confident but is sensitive to sound. For example when hacking if he sees a tractor, bus etc he is fine. However is he hears something behind him and cannot see it he tends to panic. By panic he does not rear or buck but shoot forward. This is rare but need him to go to the right home to get the best out of him. 5* home is a must for this much loved boy. ??Jack ?? 13.2hh 6yo gelding Jack is a gorgeous chunky gelding. He is a real 'people pony' who will stand stock still all day to be cuddled, bathed & groomed he's a very affectionate pony! He has low mileage for his age, and so I'm inclined to describe him as 'green', however he is a safe, straightforward ride and I feel would do an excellent job for the whole family. He looks after the youngest riders on the lead rein and is content to go for a quiet stroll but he enjoys his work too and does have another gear if you ask for it! He loves to have a good canter and will happily pop a small log or cross pole. Jack will be ideal for fun rides / local shows /riding lessons / happy hacking / generally just a fab all round family pony! Jack is a comfortable steady ride - he's certainly not 'fizzy' but he's not a 'kick along' plod either he's easy off the leg and has nice forward paces. He always aims to please. Jack is the happiest of happy hackers she will go alone or in company / good in traffic / sensible in open spaces / not 'spooky' / snaffle mouth etc... no vices he hasn't ever reared / bolted but can put the odd buck in in canter although with regular work I feel that this will stop completely. Moving forward I feel that jack has a lot more to offer so I would like him to go to a reasonably competent home able to continue his education and who will take him out and about and enjoy having fun with him. 6 YEAR OLD WELSH SECTION D GELDING

With a very heavy heart I am writing this. I have decided to come to the heart breaking decision to sell my lovely 6 Year old welsh section D gelding, Thunder. Thunder is good to load, catch and with the farrier. Last year he was lightly broken taking it all in his stride, I turned him away for the winter but due to work commitments and moving house I no longer have the time he needs to bring him back into work. He has such a lovely character and always willing to please. He is perfect to lunge and I have started to sit on him in the stable and he is fine so wouldn't take much to get him going again. He comes with bridle and rugs. I think in the right hands he would make a lovely workers pony or hunting pony as he's got a good jump on him.
