15.2hh dun 5 year old gelding. Lovely moving with good active hind leg. Has competed at two dressage shows and won both classes at both shows. Super dressage prospect and a nice attitude to learn. Also been to various venues for lessons and for school hire. I originally bought him to event, however I have decided he is going to be awesome at dressage and is too green in his jumping right now and I am in too much of a rush to go out and do and couldn't keep two horses for myself. He will pop a fence sweetly but is greener in this area than on the flat. Good as gold in traffic, has seen Lorries tractors bikes etc. Also good in open spaces cantering alongside another. Would probably make fantastic hunter and potentially ideal for ridden and working hunter classes. Wouldn't suit complete novice as a young horse so can test rider occasionally if he is worried. He is not nasty in any way. Good as gold to box, shoe and clip. Never cold backed or sharp to get on even with days off. Beautiful Happy Hacker. I'm offering this handsome boy for sale to happy hacking home only. Sadly he is not 100% sound on a circle and despite extensive investigations with a Newmarket Vet practice we have been unable to establish the cause and hence cure. He enjoys hacking and shows no sign of pain in this environment having completed the Burghley long distance ride recently with no ill effects afterwards. He has hunted once with the Easton Harriers and was impeccably behaved despite it being his first time out. He is a lovely hack and my 13 year old daughter hacks him out alone and in company. He is not a ploddy kick a long type he has a nice active walk and is responsive off the aids. He has loads of personality and loves people and life. Good to catch, farrier, clip, loads and travels in lorry or trailer. Safe enough to use as lead rein. Our adorable pony is well schooled, has great paces is easy to ride and is for sale due to being outgrown by my daughter. He has many years left in him and looks amazing. He really is up for anything, he is excellent in the heaviest of traffic including lorries, double deckers, combine harvesters, skip lorries etc. He hacks alone perfectly either by himself or with company, he competes regularly and does well in Working Hunter Classes, Showing, Xcountry, Showjumping, Dressage, Hunter trials, Long Distant rides, ODE and has been attending PC for the last three years including rallies and 4 day camp and area dressage. Currently jumping any height up to 2'6" maximum. Happy to go through water. Happy to be first or last. He will stand tied up to a trailor all day or can be happily left inside a trailor at shows. He always does well at shows and in the ribbons. Happy to be ridden bareback. He is excellent to catch, trim, pulling mane, bath, lunge, load, clip, worm, farrier and is up to date with worming, teeth, vaccinations and back. He does not barge and is happy to be sprayed with flyspray etc. Lives in or out alone or in company with mares or geldings. Happy to be in a stable on straw or shavings. Happy to have dry or wet hay. He has front shoes on every 5-6 weeks to keep his toes short. Has not lost a shoe since we have owned him. Excellent with electric fencing. Sad sale of this lovely boy, through absolutely no fault of. His own, he is 11 years old liver chestnut, has impeccable manners in or out of the stable, with farrier, loading, travelling, and falls asleep whilst being clipped!! He loves show jumping, cross country and drag hunting has the best brakes, loves being ridden out and having his own human to love. There is nothing bad about this lovely boy, he doesn't like having his mane pulled but only pulls a face!, he is easy to ride, but as a thoroughbred I wouldn't place him as a novice ride, he's recently been ridden and competed on by a 14 year old. Will sell him with all his rugs (every type you can think of lol) and with his tack. He is currently stabled in the winter and out spring and summer.

5 Year Old Gelding

Winston (Wiseton) 5year old 15.3hh thoroughbred gelding. After a tough time after his racing career, Winnie came to me in May as a very sorry looking horse. After lots of TLC and plenty of good food, he is finally looking super. He started retraining September last year, but was then put out of work in November due to me focusing on my mare and giving him time to mature. Since November he has been sat on a few times and always been fine, just a little touchy (which you can expect from any young, sensitive thoroughbred). He has done a fair amount of lunging work and is starting to come into good shape, but he will need to be brought back into ridden work. Unfortunately as he isn't turning out as I would like, he needs to find a home with a job that he will enjoy. I think he would excel in an experienced riding club/eventing/jumping home with an older, experienced teenager or adult and unfortunately I don't have much interest in jumping. Winnie has no vices at all, although he can be grumpy and pull faces at times, but will never do anything other than scowl! He does actually enjoy the fuss too, just likes to pretend he doesn't. ??
