15.2hh 5 year old dressage potential dun gelding

15.2hh dun 5 year old gelding. Lovely moving with good active hind leg. Has competed at two dressage shows and won both classes at both shows. Super dressage prospect and a nice attitude to learn. Also been to various venues for lessons and for school hire. I originally bought him to event, however I have decided he is going to be awesome at dressage and is too green in his jumping right now and I am in too much of a rush to go out and do and couldn't keep two horses for myself. He will pop a fence sweetly but is greener in this area than on the flat. Good as gold in traffic, has seen Lorries tractors bikes etc. Also good in open spaces cantering alongside another. Would probably make fantastic hunter and potentially ideal for ridden and working hunter classes. Wouldn't suit complete novice as a young horse so can test rider occasionally if he is worried. Beautiful Happy Hacker. I'm offering this handsome boy for sale to happy hacking home only. Sadly he is not 100% sound on a circle and despite extensive investigations with a Newmarket Vet practice we have been unable to establish the cause and hence cure. He enjoys hacking and shows no sign of pain in this environment having completed the Burghley long distance ride recently with no ill effects afterwards. He has hunted once with the Easton Harriers and was impeccably behaved despite it being his first time out. He is a lovely hack and my 13 year old daughter hacks him out alone and in company. He is not a ploddy kick a long type he has a nice active walk and is responsive off the aids. He has loads of personality and loves people and life. Good to catch, farrier, clip, loads and travels in lorry or trailer. Safe enough to use as lead rein. We are in a rural area so don't see much traffic, he can be genuinely shy with large lorries and tractors but never difficult at worst will move up on pavement or have a little wobble has never spun, bolted, reared etc but for this reason would not class him as fit for nervous or complete novice. Lovely 14.2 cob cross coloured 8 year old gelding

We have had Felix for 2 years now. He is a lovely allrounder and has done a bit of everything with us. He has done some fun rides, show jumping, lessons, cross country, lots of hacking, beach rides and schooling. He doesn’t have any vices, is easy to load, shoe, good to catch, hacks in front or behind, alone or in company and is never too strong. He is not in any way fizzy and would suit either a happy hacker, mother/daughter share or somebody who wants to have fun on an allrounder. He can work nicely on the bit and has nice paces for a cob. He is excellent in all traffic including big tractors and lorries. He is a very honest jumper and will help you out off any stride. He rarely refuses a jump. He could progress a lot more in all 3 phases as we haven’t had much time to do things with him due to school commitments and a busy family life. He would make a great pony/riding club eventer. 5 Year Old Gelding

Winston (Wiseton) 5year old 15.3hh thoroughbred gelding. After a tough time after his racing career, Winnie came to me in May as a very sorry looking horse. After lots of TLC and plenty of good food, he is finally looking super. He started retraining September last year, but was then put out of work in November due to me focusing on my mare and giving him time to mature. Since November he has been sat on a few times and always been fine, just a little touchy (which you can expect from any young, sensitive thoroughbred). He has done a fair amount of lunging work and is starting to come into good shape, but he will need to be brought back into ridden work. Unfortunately as he isn't turning out as I would like, he needs to find a home with a job that he will enjoy. I think he would excel in an experienced riding club/eventing/jumping home with an older, experienced teenager or adult and unfortunately I don't have much interest in jumping. Winnie has no vices at all, although he can be grumpy and pull faces at times, but will never do anything other than scowl! He does actually enjoy the fuss too, just likes to pretend he doesn't. ?? I will only consider 5?? homes for Winnie as we are very fond of him and in no rush to sell. £900 ONO although home is much more important and price will increase as he starts to do more work.
