Up to date with worming, teeth back and injections been done in past few months. this mare is a chunk of a weight carrier at 14hh. Lots of bone And feather. Rose has had some nice foals and has now been broken to ride. She is quite happy to just bumble along however can have a little canter when needed but she likes the slow life. She is ridden in a rubber snaffle is good to load, traffic and foot trim. Nothing outdoors bothers her but she can be lazy and I wouldn't say suitable for a complete novice due to her lazy ways. Appaloosa Mare 7yrs old in Drybrook

Very sad sale of my 7 yr. old Appaloosa mare because I do not have the time or experience to take her forward, and she is wasted with me, she needs a competent young person or light weight adult and she will then go on to excel in many equine activities I am sure. She went away to be re started in the summer with the excellent Frankie price equine but has only been out hacking with me since she has been back. She has just had her dentist visit, (no sedation) and her feet done (she is barefoot wearing front boots) she is up to date with her vaccinations and worming, and has had a full physio check, she has her passport. She has a wonderful temperament with good manners on the ground, she can be cheeky at times but without malice and she is never nasty. She is good in traffic, can be ridden out with others or alone, she is in at night and out during the day at present, she likes the company of other horses and in her previous home she was out with a few others but at present she is next to other horses but separated by tape. This is a lovely kind mare, she is 7 but is very green for her age I bought her as a mother daughter pony but she requires alot of leg to get going which my daughter is struggling with and I am finding it hard to put in the time to school her a few times a week to help with this, she will live in or out and has a lovely willing attitude she lifts all her feet easily and will load with gentle persuasion easy to catch, she will follow you around the field she is great working around her in the stable my children 4 and 9 are in there with me my 4 yr old often swinging a brush or making car noises! she just requires a home where someone can give her a bit more time on the schooling front to make her more responsive she is very safe ridden just green, she came from a novice home so hasnt really had much education the past 18months she so unusual in colour and gets many comments her passport is ID but her breeder has included the Dam and Sire details dad was a full breed appaloosa so she would throw a lovely foal if put to another appaloosa. good on the ground in all ways handled by children daily used to traffic farm machinery and dogs. Was backed last year and turned away a friend bought her back in to work a couple of months ago and has been ridden by an 8 year old, she is green in the school but willing to learn just needs to further her education but due to the lack of rider and school being 're done has not been ridden for a while. A lovely girl with plenty of feather, tail and mane, will make a lovely show cob or equally a happy hacker, she is good to catch, groom and farrier she was bathed last year and drank from the hose pipe, will live in or out, she is a really lovely mare and I just feel she should be with someone who can further her education than being wasted in a field. Grey T/B mare 15.2hh 7yrs in Bude

We bought Grace for my daughter to bring on but unfortunately she broke her collar bone (not on grace) and hasn't been able to continue with her education. She's not Marish or your typical T / B, hacks alone or in company, she has a natural jump and her schooling was coming on nicely with a lovely flowing movement. She raced 6 times (3 flat, 3 hurdle) so is available for ROR. She will happily turn out with mares or geldings but is just as happy on her own. Happy to live in or out but does windsuck in the stable which is controlled with a collar. Sad sale of such a sweet little mare who I think will go far, if my daughter wasn't going to uni I wouldn't be selling her.

Belle, Irish sports mare She is 100% in traffic, happy to go first or last, alone or in company and perfect in an open field. Belle is brilliant to shoe, clip, dentist, and catch. Will box anywhere, on her own or with company. She is never fazed by travel or new places. She loves to hack out and do fun rides, but is at the start of her education in the school and a great project for someone. Never silly or easily spooked – a good solid ‘Happy hacker’. Showing great potential for far more and with the right education we think she would be a great jumper or perfect hunter. On her first fun ride with us she jumped 1.20m although no jump coaching. She occasionally needs to be reminded who’s boss, but nothing regular riding with a confident rider won’t sort. She is up for sale through no fault of her own, I just don’t have the time and she deserves so much more than I can offer her. She loves to be fussed and would happily follow you around all day, will make a fabulous new friend for someone. She is a project and needs a calm confident jockey to continue her education to achieve her full potential.
