A lovely girl with plenty of feather, tail and mane, will make a lovely show cob or equally a happy hacker, she is good to catch, groom and farrier she was bathed last year and drank from the hose pipe, will live in or out, she is a really lovely mare and I just feel she should be with someone who can further her education than being wasted in a field. Traditional Piebald cob Mare 14hh, 7 years old Skye Is fantastic on the ground and is easy to catch (she comes to call), she is good with the farrier and will stand for hours to be groomed. She has lots of feather and a lovely mane coming, she would look stunning in a show ring! She was backed towards the end of last year and turned away, due to my disability she has not done as much as I had hoped this year. My 8 year old niece has ridden her on lead, and I had a professional rider come to ride her for me a couple of months ago, he said she was a plod so would be great for someone who wants to just take things slow and hack out. I feel in the right hands she could go a lot further, she is green and needs a little time spent on her, she is willing but I just can't give her what she needs. This has not been an easy decision for me to make but due to my disability I have to think of my mare and what she should be doing. Sold from the field.
