With a heavy heart I'm selling my mare, Rue. She's a really lovely girl. Really good to do anything with. Selling as a happy hacker as she was sold to me as having a "big knee" this does not affect her in anyway and is sound. I trot her around the roads and she's always been sound. She's good in traffic and my young son has ridden her on the roads. Rue really looked after him. She would suit anyone who just wants a horse to enjoy the world with. She is a forward going mare, but never done anything bad to anyone since I've had her. Rue is a 19 year old but you would never think it! reluctant sale due to no suitable facilities to work with her,chunky heavyweight 15hh mare,17 years old,healthy no health issues.happy hacker,lovely to ride.enjoys hacking.great in all traffic,good to load,shoe.,doesnt kick/bite/buck/rear **she can be awkward to catch (20 minutes or so sometimes with help of mints!) though i suspect this may be with just me!! has had a shady past before i bought her,and has been rough handled at some point resulting in trust issues on ground.after a incident with a rug slipping and becoming tangled in her legs i can no longer get a rug near her,or do simple things such as sponge fly spray on her face without her pulling back and galloping off.however my husband can walk straight up to her and catch her no trouble.so i think she connects me to the rug thing..prior to this she had been rugged/handled on the ground by myself fine.i have no facilities at home,no stables/shelters,not even a safe tying up area so finding it difficult to overcome this as when i attempt to she will pull back and gallop off.she needs a experienced handler/rider.tack included. 16hh CHAPS Registered KWPN Hunter Harvey is a 16yrs old Piebald Gelding who has been my soulmate for 13 yrs now. He has been successfully competed at CHAPS level qualifying first time every year competed. He is very scopey, has a lovely big front, short coupled with strong bone. He is a very true to type hunter with short cannons and plenty of bone. He is not the most forward going ride so would never go any faster than he needs to! !!! Chunky All Rounder/Happy hacker 15hh !!!

15hh (approx) 10yr old Bay Blagdon Mare. This lovely big, sweet natured mare has brilliant flashy, floaty paces... Perfect for the show ring. She is currently being ridden out on hacks on our busy roads and is not fazed by anything from road signs to lorries. She has a lovely forward walk and trot but is by no means a strong girl despite her size. She does canter, sometimes needing a kick when in the menage but can be forward when asked. She would benefit carrying on with schooling too. She is snaffle mouthed at all times. She has just been introduced to some jumping, it is all new to her but she is so genuine, she always has a go. Has also done a course of small jumps and took it all in her stride. I have found that she prefers to be with company on the stable yard although she will come in and tie up by herself, she just gets vocal and sometimes a little fidgety but getting more confident and quiet every day. She is not a fan of having her feet picked out, not at all nasty just really heavy footed. This genuine, honest mare has never bitten or kicked, is brilliant to tack up, groom, catch and can live in or out as a good hardy do-er type. Ideally looking for a competent, knowledgeable home. Super happy hacker cob mare

Little miss April April is a 13.3h 9yo compact leg at each corner cob mare. She currently a ‘happy hack’ ridden by a 5ft6 adult and is 100% in all traffic, farm machinery on the yard, bikes, children with footballs, loose dogs etc. She has been mainly ridden alone but doesn't hot up in company or in open fields, she is much more woah than go! But that said she is still responsive to the leg not a kick kick sort. April has no vices and has a loving and inquisitive personality, although can get a bit anxious when left on the yard sometimes. She has had time off to have a foal and will naturally need her confidence built again when being brought back into work. She has had a harness on and pulled a block and it didn't bother her so would probably make a nice driving pony. She has great hooves and is currently barefoot. This is Polly, she is microchipped, passported, up to date with teeth and feet. Not vaccinated, very laid back gentle mare. Doesnt act mareish at all. I had her rebacked and i had regular lessons on her until the end of october...i had lost my confidence but really wanted to ride again, but the idea of riding was better than actually riding. Since October Polly has been ridden...by experienced riders who say she is very honest, she is lacking in confidence so needs you to hold her hand so to speak, she is forward going but never nasty, she has brakes and is ridden in a snaffle. She has never spoooked with me, she just snorts! if she is out in company of other horses she is totally relaxed. On her own she looks around for monsters but doesnt do anything. She can be hard to catch but with time she gets better, i think she has been ill treated as if you have a lead rope you'll never catch her...i just take a headcollar and food! other times she'll just stand and let you catch her no bother.
