For sale sweet little pony Lacey is a cob X Appaloosa mare she is rising 7 stands at roughly 13hh. Lacey came to us after having a foal she was quite underweight and although she has come on with her weight she still needs to put on some more she is a sweet little pony fine out on roads and with traffic in the school she is a bit of a kick along to get going but with a confident rider able to push her forward she does and can move she can be a little nervous with you at first but with one to one and a bit of love she will come on leaps and bounds she is fine to load, groom,tack up and rug her only issue is her back feet she is very nervous with them the farrier managed to get them up fine but she is rather unwilling with us so for this reason she would need someone experienced to work through her issue she has with getting them up she is fine with her front feet being picked up she is good to clip on her body a bit nervous on her face she has been ridden by adults and children and would make either a great lead rein pony or a good all rounder she is passported with pet ID and has been wormed

Sadly for sale as a project/companion/broodmare/field ornament! Not a novice ride, as she's green and inexperienced. Unfortunately she hadn't had the best start in life, I have had her a year and done a lot of groundwork, but due to circumstances hasn't been worked for a few months. She needs a quiter home than where she currently is as she can be spooky until she is settled, ideally a project horse where she will be given time in a safe environment to learn gradually within her comfort zone. Very food orientated so have started clicker training to reinforce good behaviour. Lunges well and voice activated, Loves jumping and honest with it. She is very affectionate and good with farrier. 15hh Appaloosa Mare

Heartbreaking decision to sell this gorgeous horse as she's not getting enough attention. This is Miffy, she is a 15hh 9 year old appaloosa mare. She can live with mares and geldings. She is barefoot and can be ridden bit less or bitted as she is very responsive. Good in the school and out hacking either on roads or moors, never fizzy. She has jumped 2ft previously but I'm not into jumping so never persued this however she has freeschooled over 3 1/2 ft jumps easily. She is exellent at shows nothing phases her and she is always admired for her colouring, and have done little bits of cross country with her. She has four good paces and very good breaks. The quirks: she can be a bit spooky going to new places on her own for the first time out on rides, nothing nasty just does a little jump on the spot. Has to wear a uv fly mask nearly all year round because her eyes and nose burn when the sun comes out and the uv irritates her eyes, but is usually good at keeping her fly mask on! Comes with all tack and rugs. Doesn't need feeding unless working hard she lives off air. Just looking for a nice home where she will be loved and taken out and about because I feel guilty having her as a field ornament! This is a lovely kind mare, she is 7 but is very green for her age I bought her as a mother daughter pony but she requires alot of leg to get going which my daughter is struggling with and I am finding it hard to put in the time to school her a few times a week to help with this, she will live in or out and has a lovely willing attitude she lifts all her feet easily and will load with gentle persuasion easy to catch, she will follow you around the field she is great working around her in the stable my children 4 and 9 are in there with me my 4 yr old often swinging a brush or making car noises! she just requires a home where someone can give her a bit more time on the schooling front to make her more responsive she is very safe ridden just green, she came from a novice home so hasnt really had much education the past 18months she so unusual in colour and gets many comments her passport is ID but her breeder has included the Dam and Sire details dad was a full breed appaloosa so she would throw a lovely foal if put to another appaloosa. Project mare for sale. She is up to date with worming, farrier, has had the saddle fitter and had her back checked. Had her teeth done in march this year. Been backed earlier this year and was working away in walk trot and a small amount of canter. Has since been out of work for a few months so sold from field. She is good in traffic although it will need to be reintroduced but it won't take long. Has also jumped a small cross pole. Lives out all year but will stable happily. She is a good doer, will live off fresh air. She's a very loving mare who would excel on a one to one basis. Her bad points are she can be quite nervous around new people and things but quickly comes around with reassurance. She has now been backed to riding and proving to be a very sweet willing mare. She is forward going, sometimes strong but only ridden in a snaffle. Has been walked around bitless. Daisy is just learning the ropes and trust. She is very genuine. She is fine to load, stable and catch. Can stay barefoot and sound and live in a mixed herd. She will make a wonderful riding horse once finished. All 3 of my horses are currently up for sale. Whichever one is left will be kept to produce further over winter. The only fault I'd say daisy has is she snatches her hooves back when picking them out. This can only improve with time. Daisy will easily carry 14 stone. Approx 15hh cob mare. 8 years old. Daisy was previously used for driving, she then had a couple of years off to have 2 foals, then I purchased her to back to riding. I have taken it very steady with her, she is a sensitive mare who I think has been driven fast previously. She is forward going and only needs voice commands to go. Honest advert..... 13 years old, heavy weight cob mare, full up 15hh and nearly as wide. She is 100% to handle, easy catch, load, farrier, in and out of stable absolutely no vices. She was brought back into work in the summer after having a couple of foals, she was previously in a trekking centre. But I just haven't had time to continue working her and I am selling her from the field. I was hacking her out on her own and she is forward going.
