This is a lovely kind mare, she is 7 but is very green for her age I bought her as a mother daughter pony but she requires alot of leg to get going which my daughter is struggling with and I am finding it hard to put in the time to school her a few times a week to help with this, she will live in or out and has a lovely willing attitude she lifts all her feet easily and will load with gentle persuasion easy to catch, she will follow you around the field she is great working around her in the stable my children 4 and 9 are in there with me my 4 yr old often swinging a brush or making car noises! she just requires a home where someone can give her a bit more time on the schooling front to make her more responsive she is very safe ridden just green, she came from a novice home so hasnt really had much education the past 18months she so unusual in colour and gets many comments her passport is ID but her breeder has included the Dam and Sire details dad was a full breed appaloosa so she would throw a lovely foal if put to another appaloosa. Appaloosa Mare 7yrs old in Drybrook

Very sad sale of my 7 yr. old Appaloosa mare because I do not have the time or experience to take her forward, and she is wasted with me, she needs a competent young person or light weight adult and she will then go on to excel in many equine activities I am sure. She went away to be re started in the summer with the excellent Frankie price equine but has only been out hacking with me since she has been back. She has just had her dentist visit, (no sedation) and her feet done (she is barefoot wearing front boots) she is up to date with her vaccinations and worming, and has had a full physio check, she has her passport. She has a wonderful temperament with good manners on the ground, she can be cheeky at times but without malice and she is never nasty. She is good in traffic, can be ridden out with others or alone, she is in at night and out during the day at present, she likes the company of other horses and in her previous home she was out with a few others but at present she is next to other horses but separated by tape. For sale sweet little pony Lacey is a cob X Appaloosa mare she is rising 7 stands at roughly 13hh. Lacey came to us after having a foal she was quite underweight and although she has come on with her weight she still needs to put on some more she is a sweet little pony fine out on roads and with traffic in the school she is a bit of a kick along to get going but with a confident rider able to push her forward she does and can move she can be a little nervous with you at first but with one to one and a bit of love she will come on leaps and bounds she is fine to load, groom,tack up and rug her only issue is her back feet she is very nervous with them the farrier managed to get them up fine but she is rather unwilling with us so for this reason she would need someone experienced to work through her issue she has with getting them up she is fine with her front feet being picked up she is good to clip on her body a bit nervous on her face she has been ridden by adults and children and would make either a great lead rein pony or a good all rounder she is passported with pet ID and has been wormed

Rose has had some nice foals and has now been broken to ride. She is quite happy to just bumble along however can have a little canter when needed but she likes the slow life. She is ridden in a rubber snaffle is good to load, traffic and foot trim. Nothing outdoors bothers her but she can be lazy and I wouldn't say suitable for a complete novice due to her lazy ways. I'm looking to rehome lilly to a forever home. She's 6 years old and absolutely loves hacking. She's always keen to take the lead and her confidence amazes me with scary objects. She would most definitely excel in endurance aso quite happily hacks for hours. We go to our local bridlepath pub where she stands impeccably while we have a chip cob and drink. She needs more work in the school and is green but is an unbelievably fast learner. She's the first at the gate and loves human company. I only have to whisper her name and she's at the gate waiting to see our plans for her. Such a willing horse.. She was broken western although now ridden english and bitless. She looks absolutely fab in western tack. She isn't keen on a bit but it is something I'm working on with a happy mouth. She clamps her mouth closed.
