It is with a heavy heart that I advertise this sweet horse. I have owned her since 3months old she is now 7 rising 8 in August. She is a sweet horse with 3 balanced paces however over the last 3 years has had an easy life owing to uni commitments. She's snaffle mouthed at all times and loves hacking and farm rides, she has also turned a hoof to some unaffiliated dressage which she showed great promise. She mainly at the moment is hacked of a weekend as we are on a yard with no arena and also have limited time during the week. Through no fault of her own i have the heartbreaking decision to sell my lovely mare. I have had her for 3 years purchased after a short time racing (too slow). She is good with farrier, clipping, loads in trailer and generally a lovely mare to be around. I hack alone and in company although she can be spooky, more so when she is on her own so not a novice ride.This is usually at moving things such as deer or a dog running at her. She has been good on the road and used to tractors. i have competed at low level dressage walk and trot and some pre-lim. Canter in an arena needs working on as she needs to soften and develop from behind rather than the forward going of a racehorse. I have put her over a jump and she loved this but she needs someone with confidence to develop this further. Millie is a pretty 9 year old TB chestnut mare, unfortunately we have no jockey for Millie as my daughter now has a young family. Millie has been brought back into work over the last few months doing novice show jumping/ dressage/ x country. Millie now needs an experienced jockey to further her education as she's still green. Amber is 14 years young, part TB but not typical temperament she is easy to handle, shoe and load, schools beautifully and can jump, she can be spooky so cannot be considered bombproof and can lack confidence - but a firm friendly encouragement from a confident rider is more than enough to get her going past scary objects, Been for sale since summer and we have had nothing but timewasters, so no timewasters, joy riders or dealers please, she is much loved and a 5 star home is required, she was recently trialled on a busy yard on full livery and apparently although not spooky didnt settle as she likes to call other horses when she is unsure, more time consistant caring handling and she soon would settle, she is vocal and will say hi if she sees another horse but she is not uncontrollable and gets on with her work. Rapunzal is a year old,beautiful cob mare with lots of feather and forelock. She was mis-sold to us and we have spent alot of time building her confidence and weight up as she was terribly underweight when she arrived although we done this slowly it became apparent that she has laminitis, we have controlled this and she is now ok, but she has a diet of just hay, chaff and a laminitis friendly mix and she seems to better out grazing, so although her overall condition has massively improved I would say a little bit more weight gain wouldn't hurt. She as sold as a ride and drive, but due to the obvious we haven't done a lot with her, just confidence building, pampering she has had a saddle and bridle on. Unfortunately my family's circumstances has changed and we need to cut back. We feel she would be a great companion/project for somebody who has time to put into her. She has had her feet trimmed and is wormed, she was very touchy on her backs but again I feel this is definitely something that can be worked with.
