Lovely 16.2hh liver chestnut mare in Doncaster

This is Sherkova, a liver chestnut, 6 year old, ISH mare. She is up sale due to us not having the time she deserves to produce her. Sherkova is green in the school, needing someone to further her education, so would probably suit a more experienced rider to bring her to her full potential. She has hacked out regularly, living in a riding school she has seen most traffic and is used to a busy yard with no issues, having seen train crossings and busy traffic. She is developing her paces well on the flat and is ridden in a snaffle. She has jumped over 1m whilst being loose lunged and has popped small jumps whilst ridden with no problem. Sherkova takes direction well, and is an intelligent girl who is a quick learner. She is a loving girl, who loves a long groom, standing well. She is a forward ride and has a soft mouth. Through no fault of her own i have the heartbreaking decision to sell my lovely mare. I have had her for 3 years purchased after a short time racing (too slow). She is good with farrier, clipping, loads in trailer and generally a lovely mare to be around. I hack alone and in company although she can be spooky, more so when she is on her own so not a novice ride.This is usually at moving things such as deer or a dog running at her. She has been good on the road and used to tractors. i have competed at low level dressage walk and trot and some pre-lim. Canter in an arena needs working on as she needs to soften and develop from behind rather than the forward going of a racehorse. I have put her over a jump and she loved this but she needs someone with confidence to develop this further. Shes not perfect but very willing and deserves a 5* forever home, someone willing to continue her education build her confidence and Im sure she will give a lot in return. It is with a heavy heart that I advertise this sweet horse. I have owned her since 3months old she is now 7 rising 8 in August. She is a sweet horse with 3 balanced paces however over the last 3 years has had an easy life owing to uni commitments. She's snaffle mouthed at all times and loves hacking and farm rides, she has also turned a hoof to some unaffiliated dressage which she showed great promise. She mainly at the moment is hacked of a weekend as we are on a yard with no arena and also have limited time during the week. Millie is a pretty 9 year old TB chestnut mare, unfortunately we have no jockey for Millie as my daughter now has a young family. Millie has been brought back into work over the last few months doing novice show jumping/ dressage/ x country. Millie now needs an experienced jockey to further her education as she's still green. Millie is a very willing mare but is not a novice ride. Millie can be get nervous/ spooky when hacking alone although she is improving with each ride. Millie has a small superficial scar on her offside fore and therefore cannot be shown however this has never caused her any problems. Millie is good to box, shoe, worm.
