Stunning hh ISH gelding

I'm considering making the heart breaking decision to sell my lovely boy. I've had Dallas for 18 months and I love him dearly, but unfortunately I don't have the time or facilities to keep his education going. He is lovely to school and is keen to please, he is green but a fast learner with a lovely work ethic. He has all the basics and is quite flashy. To hack in company he is no problem and is great with traffic. To hack alone he is quite nervous and babyish, I think he plays on my nerves a little and takes the mick abit. Dallas needs someone who won't let him walk over them like he does a little with me. He's been in pro yards and behaved like a pussycat but he takes advantage of my nerves in some situations. He has real potential but I'm not sure it's with me that he'll unleash that potential and it's such a shame to see him wasted as a field ornament. He isn't in full ridden work, but this would take no time at all. I have hacked him alone recently after not being ridden for so long and he was fine but I almost convince myself he will misbehave so I just don't enjoy riding him anymore. He has never actually done anything for me to feel this way but he can be sharp and makes me uneasy and this is only when hacking alone. I'm in no massive hurry to sell and would much rather ensure he is in the forever home that I unfortunately couldn't give him. He is open to vetting as I had a 5 stage when I got him.
