Jethro 15.1hh 9yo cob gelding. For sale on behalf of his owner. Jethro was brought approx 18months ago as a first horse, although Jethro has been and seen life he isn't for a total novice, he needs more work on the flat to keep him balanced, Jethro loves to jump. He can be keen and forward going, for a more experienced confident rider this is fine he isn't dangerous just likes to push his luck, if you keep him in his place he can be a real poppet but unfortunately Jethro's current rider hasn't the confidence or knowledge that he needs. Jethro is good on the roads and will hack all day, not at all spooky in traffic and good in open spaces, he can be strong if you let him be but someone confident that will put him in his place he is an easy horse. He is brilliant to shoe box catch clip ECT and really easy to keep, requires just hay, he will live off fresh air! He is currently living out 24/7 but will come in at night during the winter. 9yo, 16h, Grey, Thoroughbred Gelding

I have come to the very tough decision to sell this lovely boy to some one who can reach and enjoy his full potential. I have owned him since December but due to business commitments, I'm not able to do as much with him as I would like to and I know he's got so much more to give. He's good to shoe, clip, lunge, load, travel (I bought him over from Ireland myself, on his own), wonderful stable manors, lives with mares or geldings, in or out, will stand all day long tied up, doesn't bite, kick, rear, crib etc...etc! I haven't come across one thing he does wrong or doesn't do right! He also lives on a farm and is very used to heavy machinery. Safe Sensible All Rounder, 15.1hh gelding 9yo.

If you are looking for a safe sensible ride then this is your chap! He is no bother and will have a try at everything. What he is: The next step up from a dope on a rope! He has a brain, but he's not out to test you all the time. A grooms favourite, as he is no hassle to deal with. Even my non horsey husband manages him with no problems. He is great to catch, handle, clip, box, travel, shoe etc. He lives in or out. He turns out with mares or geldings. He is safe, sensible, honest and genuine. He's technically a mild windsucker, but he does not crib. He needs more leg than hand, so would suit a nervous rider. He can be ridden by any member of the family, from beginner upwards.
