Very late starter, been backed approx 18 months but hasn't done a lot. Very green, but safe(no bucks/rears), non spooky, hacks alone, good in traffic, not mad in open spaces. For Sale - Snowy 13hh Grey Gelding 14yrs. Snowy has been my daughters pride and joy for over 4 years, my 12yr old daughter is now 5.6" and Snowy is totally outgrown - it is now time for him to teach another little person the ropes. In the 4+ years we have had him, Snowy has taken part in all pony riding club activities, combined training, jumping, gymkhanas, riding club shows, numerous pony camps and unaffiliated dressage - They have won virtually every Prelim 7 that they have entered and always come away smiling. Snowy is a very kind pony and can always be trusted - he has been a true childminder. I have borrowed a tiny 5yr old child and taken some youtube videos which shows the tiny tot riding him totally by herself doing walk trot canter and last week jumping him around a clear round course at Warren Farm - these videos have been taken to illustrate the fact that he has been given every opportunity to take the mickey but doesn't - the kind of pony that doesn't come along very often. I have also put videos of another little girl jumping him around a course to show him stepping up a gear, and another one of him doing flat work. The links are listed below. Snowy is 100 percent in all ways - but he can get a little strong so when jumping we put a slightly stronger bit in - he doesn't do anything - he just gets a tad strong and just needs a few strides extra to come back to trot (if that makes sense). He would never ever bolt buck rear nap etc - its just not in his nature. Snowy is all up to date with dentist, vaccinations etc and he will most definitely only be sold to a 10* home where he will be completely cared for and loved to bits. His new home is our first priority and more important than his price. Jethro 15.1hh 9yo cob gelding. For sale on behalf of his owner. Jethro was brought approx 18months ago as a first horse, although Jethro has been and seen life he isn't for a total novice, he needs more work on the flat to keep him balanced, Jethro loves to jump. He can be keen and forward going, for a more experienced confident rider this is fine he isn't dangerous just likes to push his luck, if you keep him in his place he can be a real poppet but unfortunately Jethro's current rider hasn't the confidence or knowledge that he needs. Jethro is good on the roads and will hack all day, not at all spooky in traffic and good in open spaces, he can be strong if you let him be but someone confident that will put him in his place he is an easy horse. He is brilliant to shoe box catch clip ECT and really easy to keep, requires just hay, he will live off fresh air! He is currently living out 24/7 but will come in at night during the winter.
