He is not fizzy at all but is quite forward and definitely pulls his confidence from his rider. With that in mind he would suit a confident/competent novice. He loves hacking and is fine on his own or in a group. He loves to pop small//medium jumps (I have videos) and is a good, all round sort. Very easy to manage on the yard, a very good dooer and is responsive to leg and voice aids (as I’m nervous, I’ve done quite a bit of ground work with him). The downside (some would say)...he cribs in the stable. It has no effect on him to date, I just check his teeth every 6 months. I’m in no rush to move him on, I can wait for the right home and I’ll continue working with him to keep him fit and active.
