Bonnie 14h cob mare happy hack bombproof

Bonnie is a 14h 7yo compact leg at each corner cob mare with a small neat head, apple bottom and feathers from her knees that cover her hooves. Any cob lovers dream! Although she looks equally fabulous clipped out and hogged as can be seen in the photos. She is 110% in all traffic out hacking and is a fun forward going ride without being on her toes. She has been mainly ridden alone but doesn't hot up in company or in open fields. She also has a cracking jump on her and nice paces in the school, although she hasn't done a great deal of schooling or jumping in her current home. This little star has given her nervous rider the confidence to now move on from happy hacking to try her hand at some local shows with a slightly bigger horse, something she didn't think she would be doing again when she first got Bonnie! Bonnie has no vices and has a cheeky loving personality. She is good to groom, clip, catch, box etc and will stand for hours to be messed about with and cuddled on the yard. She has solid barefoot feet and is good to trim. She is very low maintenance like most cobs and happily lives in or out, alone or in company. 14.1hh Black Cob 6yr Old Mare

Peanut is a lovely girl who has come to us from a farm family. She had x2 foals with the previous owners and was backed as a 3yr old via the children (11 and 13) who used to lightly ride her around their farm. She was then a mum to x2 lovely fillies and then came to us as the family didnt want to breed anymore and Peanut was not doing anything. She hadnt seen road traffic till she came to us so we tie her up daily by the side of the main road to help her desensitize herself which is working wonders. We dont have light traffic here, its trains, double deckers, artics and town centre traffic which she is ridden through daily alone and in company. She is now good with drains and white lines, which she obviously hadnt seen previously. She will stand all day to be groomed and bathed and will happily ride in our field amongst our other horses with no problem. She will load onto any trailer or lorry. She can be a problem to catch in a big field but shes not too bad in our 2 acre. She is used to being in an electric paddock and is fine. She is good to tack up but is learning to stand still whilst mounting. At present she is better when someone stands at her head....we like them to stand solid whilst being mounted alone so this will take time. We are certain she will go on to make a fantastic fun cob for all the family but she will need to go to someone who will continue her education especially on the roads purely due to her greeness in this area. We always describe our cobs honestly and anyone who comes to view her will be happy with her i would just prefer to be open so as to not get the wrong person. She is barefoot and trimmed and has been wormed and back checked. She is a great weight carrying cob who will go onto great things. Not bothered by dogs, kids, chickens but although shes 6 i would describe her like a 4yr old who needs to further her education. Open to any vet. Tack availabe by seperate negotiation. Read More

Whiskey-Man, coloured gelding. It is a heart breaking decision but have to find a new home for my boy as I am struggling to find time for him which is sad as he has so much potential. He stands 13.3hh to make 14.2hh+, is microchipped, wormed, passported, vaccs. Was broken to drive as a 2 year old, driven round local villages, which he took to and loved, then turned away. Backed and broken to ride recently, doing light hacking in walk and trot. He passes anything including all traffic (lorries, buses, etc...). Has been hacked out in high winds, with or without company and been desensitized to various objects where he's very good, just stands. Can be strong when ridden but will probably get better when worked more. Only ever done hacking as is unsure riding in my field. He's brilliant to lead, lunge, long rein, bath, farrier, groom. Used to dogs, children, other horses, one of the quietest horses I know for his age. Very green so needs experienced person to carry on his training. Sold from field. More pics available.
